This was one of the best Mexican restaurants.We have tried since moving to Nevada. We were so used to good Mexican food in California that most of the Mexican restaurants we have tried here have been a disappointment. Baja Miguel did not.
We were seated right away with no wait. From the interaction of the waiters and the customers I believe there were a lot of regulars there. They brought chips salsa guacamole and refried beans to start. Our food came very quickly and the best part was that it was very tasty. If you're looking for a good traditional sit down Mexican restaurant.I believe you will like this one.
Brian made the whole experience better. To be honest the food was normal but the care that Brian and the cooks speed for my allergies to black pepper (which everyone cooks with and is in everything is made with). He was attentive and kind and the cooks were so kind to make me something fresh with no pepper. Above and beyond !!!! Thank you!
Well the service was delightful and as soon as you sit down you get a big bowl of complimentary chips with beans salsa and guacamole. The pork enchalada was my favorite and the poblano pepper had a nice bite to it it was very tasty. Super fast service a great place to go even if you're in a hurry.

I thought they were fantastic. Great seasoning and flavor. Juicy. Piping hot. Love making my own corn tortillas tacos with all the toppings included. Guacamole, salsa, refried beans, sour cream. What’s not to love? Great service.
We had a table of 14 and they accommodated all of us very well. Fast service and refilled chips , guac, beans, and salsa. I would definitely come here if you’re staying at South Point.
Excellent food, service and experience.
This is the best food so far. Hands down.
Chips and salsa also came with quac and a bean dip. The quac was so-so but the bean dip rocked.
The Spanish rice was just the way I like it, some crunch to go with the flavor.
The refried beans were some of the best I have had.
We got the Margarita Meal Deal. The taco and enchilada were plenty big for me. My wife did shrimp tacos. Our son had chicken fajitas. No one had any complaints.
Definitely try it.
The food here is pretty good. The restaurant was cleaned and spacious. There were 2 servers for our table. There was 6 people in my party. Whenever we needed something, we had to constantly look for one of the servers. That was the only bad thing. They didn’t check on up but once. They were both really nice though. I had shrimp tacos and empanadas, they were both very delicious. The food was reasonably priced. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor and it’s a pretty large restaurant.
We adore this place!! For so many years it remains our favourite place to go and enjoy amazing,amazing foodand perfect service!

We showed up late with no reservations, a group of 5 with 1 toddler, and were seated right away. The service is great. The food was about average. Complimentary chips with beans, salsa and guacamole. Nothing was bad but nothing stood out. Actually the Tequila Flan stood out. It was amazing. The churros were very good too. The burritos are huge. Really fun atmosphere with a mix of music.
