*Not Recommend* *Absolutely Worst Service Ever* *The server had no personality and was barley around at all it was very strange*
Regrettably, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service received at this establishment. The server's lack of engagement and limited presence throughout the dining experience was peculiar, leaving much to be desired.
While the Lobster macaroni and cheese exhibited acceptable taste, its excessive greasiness diminished its overall appeal. On a positive note, the fish dish proved to be enjoyable and would warrant a future order. However, the nearly $40.00 Lobster, unfortunately, left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons – its extreme toughness akin to attempting to chew on a car tire, rendering it virtually inedible. The provided butter knife proved ineffective in cutting through this challenging texture.
In an effort to address our concerns, I sought the assistance of another staff member to summon the manager, to ask for drink refills (which we had been waiting a very long time for) and ask about the super hard lobster.
The subsequent interaction with the manager was disheartening; her defensive demeanor further soured the overall dining experience.
The fried lobster, characterized by its unyielding and rubbery consistency, was a stark departure from the expected quality. As individuals who have savored numerous lobster dishes, this unprecedented difficulty in consumption was disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable.
Regretfully, based on this unsatisfactory experience, we have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future. The combination of subpar service, unappetizing dishes, and an uncooperative management response has left us with little confidence in the overall quality and hospitality of this particular location.
Pretty disappointed in their fried fish plate. For the price paid it should have been haddock or cod. The fish and fries were hardly cooked. Ruined my appetite for fish.
Edit: the fish was definitely not a golden brown it was definitely rushed and just barely cooked. The fries were very pale. I would have definitely selected well done if I had known this was going to be your quality since other places normally cook their fish a bit longer. Very unappealing when the fish looks that translucent and is supposed to be considered done. My family did not dine in-we got take out so I’m sure most people in that case are not going to rush back to bring in their food when they’ve been traveling all day. My mother is a regular so I was trying to email your business instead of leaving a review but your website says “error” under contact. Denying my experience does not bring a customer back!
This was our first time here traveling home from the cape. So many good looking dishes on the menu but we just had burgers which where PERFECT! Or waitress was pleasant. Princess were fair. The atmosphere was very nice. We sat in the bar and it was full on a Sunday afternoon. Next time on the way to the cape we will make it a point to stop!
Started with Asian chicken tenders, which is standard when I go. Had the fried clams and they were absolutely fabulous. Fried perfectly, couldn't have been cleaner, and nice bellies. Finished with cheesecake. My son and his girlfriend were equally pleased with their meals--teriyaki tips and Asian chicken, and shared cheesecake. Server was Gwen and she was attentive but not overly so, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great dinner.
Nothing worse than being served bad scallops, I took a bite and immediately had to spit it out. I can’t believe that the kitchen staff couldn’t smell that the scallops were bad as we could as it was being served. Gotta love it when the bartender acted like she did me a great service by saying
“I took that off the bill for you” well that’s great ???? honestly if that was added to the bill I wouldn’t have paid for it since I didn’t eat it but thanks for thinking you did me such a great service!
Went there early 5:15 Saturday and we were seated quietly, when we left people were wait at door. I got the chicken piccata and my husband got the steak and lobster and we enjoyed the food for sure. Menu had a lot to choose from and we will definitely be heading back again to try more.
My Son and I stopped into Bailey's Surf & Turf for the first time and were extremely satisfied with our Fisherman's platters. Excellent quality, quantity, freshness and very reasonably priced.
With friendly attentive service as well. We will definitely return.
Allways our go to for awesome food and service we had our sons rehearsal dinner with thirty guests everyone had an amazing time they all raved about the service and food was fabulous.
It was so good that everyone thanked us a million times. The wedding party bonded that night, which made the wedding day sooo
