Best WLM Reviews

Stopped by for a quick bite! This place is amazing. We were nicely surprised with the newly remodeled restaurant and lively atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh & delicious. I highly recommend this place!
The best ceviche that you can have,to die for. Fresh fish and good quality ask for the filet at garlic and it was divine. also is a fish maket you can have it fileted or whole and very fresh
I had good luck in selecting Bahia Honda Fish Market & Restaurant for dinner near a hotel I was staying at 2 weeks ago. Three of us arrived at ~6:30 on a Tuesday. To say we had a great dinner was an understatement. We had the choice of having any fish in the market display cases prepared any number of ways. The fish is SO fresh and the preparation of each was fantastic. One of the options for a side is mashed potatoes. You could think “how good can mashed potatoes be”? They are made from Asian potatoes which are yam-like and are to die for. There are plenty of wines to choose from including half bottles, all reasonably priced. I started this review by saying I had good luck. It was great luck as the restaurant dinner hours started the day before we dined there. At the time of this review, the restaurant closes at 8pm so make sure to get there in time. Don’t waste any time-get there now if you like great fish! Also, the people who work there are the friendliest!
This place is phenomenal, food is very fresh the staff is exceptional and the place itself is welcoming. Must try if you are in the stea of Coral way and 107th....
I ate lunch yesterday and my experience was fenomenal. Really good food. Fresh and tasty fish fillet , and the arroz con leche , one of the best I ever had. Very recommended !!
Had a great experience at Bahia Honda! Definitely a hidden gem! Now under new ownership, the location underwent an obvious refresh and looks very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly! The fish is 10/10. Very fresh and great taste. My husband had the Pan con Minuta & he loved it! I had the ceviche, wow, best ceviche I've ever had. The mahi tacos were excellent, great flavor! I will definitely be visiting again and telling all my friends and family about Bahia Honda!
Ordered 4 Pan con minutes, worst I’ve ever had tasted like old over battered crusted box 0 flavor. The fries tasted like old fishy crease. At a whopping $11.00 per sandwich, they should be arrested for stealing. Place is ridiculously expensive for location, no wonder even on a Friday night only two people in the place. You can get a better minuta at any paladin de los Jugos in Miami for 1/2 the cost and you won’t be disappointed. Never again
This is a truly hidden gem! Came with my boyfriend for lunch to try their Pan con Minuta. I was immediately surprised by how spacious the interior was compared to what the outside looks like. They also have a fresh fish market inside but I noticed that most patrons were enjoying a seafood lunch here.
We started with four croquetas (2 salted cod, 2 cod) that were pretty tasty and larger than most places. The only reason I don't rave about them is because the filling was a little gooey/doughy for my taste and tasted a little of flour rather than the fish. This was no matter though considering our meals. My pan con minuta came out fresh and hot for only $7.99. The bread was delicious, the vegetables fresh, and the house made sauce a perfect combo with my fish sandwich. My boyfriend got the Ceviche which was absolutely amazing, made with Corvina, and probably up there in the top ceviches I've ever tried. It wasn't your stereotypical Peruvian Ceviche but had more of a Spanish (Spain) flair with olive oil included and an assortment of refreshing herbs. It was served with tasty tostones that were perfect to scoop your fish up with----I would highly recommend this especially for only $8.99!
Would back to try more!
