I had a terrific experience at this place, thanks in large part to Jake, the bartender's exceptional service. His customer service was outstanding, and he made excellent recommendations. I will definitely return everytime I visit this airport for the outstanding service and pleasant atmosphere. We chose coconut shrimp, jerk chicken, a chicken burger, ginger beer, Bahama Mama, and coconut shrimp tacos. The cuisine was real and wonderful.
PS - We had to wait for almost 25minutes.
Quick stop for breakfast when we arrived for an early flight. The breakfast comes out quick. The options are limited. I had a breakfast sandwich without eggs as I’m allergic. Definitely very egg heavy menu. The staff were nice and we ordered a breakfast cocktail from their menu. My husband said the Bloody Mary wasn’t very good - too spicy. My pinacolada was delicious but strong. Tables were a bit sticky but they look like a place that is so busy they don’t have time to deep clean tables.
We screwed up by going here. First of all, I thought we could just get some of their appetizers. Not thinking it's in the airport so they don't even have those things on the menu. Then our flight was at a different gate, and we didn't realize we would have to go through security again. We won't make that mistake again. But service was good and so were our tacos. We ordered pineapple coconut martinis, mahi tacos and coconut shrimp tacos. Not sure if rice was an option but I would have liked that better than fries. The tacos were tasty, but we learned our lesson about going to a different gate. One time through security is bad enough, we were lucky we had plenty of time.
Light, good preflight good at Bahama Breeze in Terminal B (Gates 70-99) at MCO. We ordered the empanadas for the kiddo, Blackened Mahi Mahi tacos for the missus and I paired a virgin Pina Colada with my Jamaican Jerk Chicken sandwich. All were great, and the service was fast without being rushed.
We chose this place due to the reviews being higher than outback. It was a good thing we had lots of time for our delayed flight! It was SLOW to get in, and once we were in, SLOW to get any service.
I had the Carribean Jerk chicken sandwich and an Aruba Red beet. To be honest, I didn't really like the beer. The sandwich was okay. Service was soooooo slow, though. Not sure if they were understaffed.
Prices were really good, compared to a lot of airport restaurants. And compared to Disney. LoL
There was only one kids option, Chicken Fingers. But it was a good sized meal with fries.
I did like the spinning fans!
For an airport this restaurant was actually surprisingly affordable and good quality food. The service was prompt, fast, and very attentive. Normally airport food fare is not really anything special or worth bragging about, and typically charge an arm and a leg for subpar quality food. This was not the case here. It was fresh and tasted really good. The place was the only thing worth mentioning in the terminal for food.
Definitely a different breakfast menu but it was delicious. Staff was attentive and we even snagged a quiet window view table.
Awesome lunch experience at Bahama Breeze. It was my first time dining here. I came here to eat while waiting for my flight. My server Matthew was pretty cool. My food was absolutely delicious and so was my drink, the Bahamarita. Great time, thanks Bahama Breeze.
