What an absolutely amazingly run restaurant! Their service is the best! From the reception (Antoinette), to the manager (Bobby), to our beautiful server (Somali). They were all amazing. But the best part was the food and drinks! I saw so many things on the menu I wanted to order that we will be back for more!
I frequent this place with my mom. It gives us that home away from home vibes since we're both Jamaicans. Food isn't truly tropical. It's quite refreshing but with flavors that go well together. I absolutely enjoy eating the conch fritters and the coconut shrimp tacos. My mom enjoys the spare ribs and tostones with chicken. Overall, it's a nice atmosphere to relax, staff is decent, and service is good. Never had any issues here.
Never disappointed with their food here. Whoever they have in the back preparing the food are doing an amazing job. While I have some personal favorites on the menu, they do have some new options so I decided to try the new Caribbean Red Snapper. It was DELICIOUS. At the same time, I tried the new Cloud Nine drink (alcoholic beverage) and it was both tasty and strong. A perfect drink. Couldn’t have asked for more in my most recent visit, makes me want to go back and eat there everyday!

Dragonfruit Margarita: Amazing drink with a good mix of Silver Tequila
Non Alcoholic Ultimate Pineapple: this was an great drink with a very tropical taste to it
Crab and 3 Cheese Dip: the portion of crab is good enough for appetizers comes with tortillas
Chicken Tostada Salad: Great in portion and similarly great to taste
Caribbean Red Snapper: The snapper was cooked to perfection with Caribbean spices served with White rice and mango and peppers cubes
Chicken Pineapple Bowl: Served in a Pineapple has a mouthwatering tangy taste along with green and red peppers, you will want to eat it all in one go
I love Bahama Breeze, have been coming here for years. However, as of the last few months the attentiveness and customer service have been lacking.
I visited for happy hour in April and it took over 30 minutes for a server to greet us and take our order. We sat in the booths across from the bar so there’s no reason why one person couldn’t come and at least greet us. Manager included.
I visited last week and service was great for my party of 10. The food was good and our server was kind and efficient. I regained hope so I made an order for pickup today.
I came to pickup my online order and waited for 15 minutes in my car as I watched other people get theirs quickly after pulling into their spot. So I went inside and mentioned I had called 15 minutes prior and never got my food. The manager rudely said “Wait.” Why a nasty attitude as if I did something wrong?? Another worker tried to be helpful and give me my food since it was ready but the manager swatted her hand away and said “I said she had to wait.” why???? I already waited 15 minutes and my food is ready….
If she was busy she could have kindly said “sorry about that, let me finish this transaction and get your food.” Very disappointed.
My food here is always good, it’s the service that makes me hesitant to visit as of lately.
Great drinks, great food! Being a vegetarian, I hesitate to visit such places but I was surprised that the chef took great care to cook our veggie bean patty burger and veggie taco separately on our request. Server Dana was great to understand our requirement and gave great food and drinks options. The restaurant staff was very courteous and welcoming. I am going back again to Bahama Breeze with my friends & family.
Driving by we decided to just drop in for a quick lunch. Roxy was wonderful, knew the menu well, made good recommendations for the whole family and did a great job at making us comfortable. The food was really good too! Stake came out just right and the shrimp was amazing! The drinks were the best! Definitely going back again.
A decent chain restaurant. The food comes out hot, and it's flavored well. And it's close to the mall and other shopping stores - if you want to eat after shopping.
Usually, get the Jamaican jerk wings and the plantain bowl.
