First burger with NO favor. First time here. Server was great. Apple pie was great! Great coffee. Dined in. Mixed feelings but will try again probably. Other sandwich greasy
Whenever a friend says they’re in the mood for a good burger I’ll tell them about this place. Our most recent visit the server was nice and helpful, and the kitchen always does a great job! We got truffle fries with garlic dip and inhaled it. I had a mushroom and swiss burger with garlic aioli cooked medium. Split an elderberry cocktail not pictured that was refreshing and not overly sweet.
Lunch out with a friend. I ordered the pizza, was on the thin side but still good. Definitely had leftovers. Side order of fries and they were very wilted. I didn’t even eat them or take them home. After lunch we decided to get a shake. Mine was the honey Carmel I believe. That was to die for!!! Must have if you go. Place was very clean. Over all not bad.
Had dinner Thursday night at this location, there was 1 person on the floor. There was 1 table packing up, and 2 other tables already seated & almost done eating. We were a 3 top. The server was not busy, however it took a solid 5 min to get our drink order (as she was busy chatting). Once the drinks came we place our food order. Burgers were over cooked, buns were hard. Did not get a single refill on my drink even as I ate, due to the server again chatting with a table (solid 10 min). She checked on our table once. & dropped the check. Probably will not return to this location.
By far the worst experience at bagger daves.
So often, everyone wants to reinvent the French fry. Belgium fries? Hand cut ok but brown/black. And how can you mess up a burger? And the little electric train was broken. I believe thy will most rebrand it. Redecorating won't help. Although. Taking tounge oil to the tables might help. Tables were sticky and chairs were wobbly. Too many staff for the place. Location. Birch Run. I won't return, fries were burnt according to policy.
The overall quality of this chain has just dropped completely. The fries come out soggy and the build your own burger sheets are long gone. They assume that you just know the available toppings and then you read it off to them. SUPER LAME. There is zero point to this chain anymore.
I was disappointed with the food. Four different meals were served to our table and none were acceptable to the four of us. The fish tasted like something from Gordon's, the other meals were just as disappointing. I will not go there again.
From PA for a week and was trying everywhere we could. Found Bagger Dave's and had a great experience. Waitress was kind and helpful, food was delicious.
