Been there several times with my boyfriend Fabian, the service is always fantastic, food never disappoints. The staff is always making sure that you are pleased, specially the owner! I love coming here, would definitely recommend.

The bagels were fresh, soft and not hard and chewy. The breakfast sandwiches were made when you ordered and not prepackaged or frozen. They treat you as if you are a close friend and the most important thing was the food was exceptional.
Excellent food, great employee's. Kevin the owner knows what he is doing when it comes to the flavors on each Bagel & Sandwich. They also have some great take home Deli selections. This is a must if you're from Jax or visiting Jax. Honestly the best bagels in town Hands down. Also if you see Rick working tell him 143.
Absolutely delicious bagels. The Nova Lox was outstanding. They also have egg salad, Mediterranean salad, tuna salad etc. in the cooler. The service was awesome. It's a smaller place on the inside and parking is limited.
I’m reading that the owners and recipes changed and I can tell. These bagels are literally worse than store bought. They are so dry and thin. The cinnamon raisin is hard as a rock. This bagel has to be days old. They use to be fluffy and fresh. The one slice was literally as thick as a cracker. $5 for a “wholesale” bagel and cream cheese lol. I appreciate the new owner sprucing the place up but I won’t be back.
Always drive past taking my son to school and have been wanting to try it but it's always closed on the way back from school. So Sunday we finally made it in & I'm so glad we did. Was so hungry didn't get pics of food, but it was scrumptious. The bagels were so warm and soft and chewy and just perfect. My son got a bagel Reuben sandwich I got a bite of, just freakin delicious. The girl at the counter was super helpful & friendly too. Definitely will be back!
This is way beyond a 5 star experience. I’m a picky girl and everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The service is spot on, the food AND quality is exceptional, the vibe, I could go on and on. Kevin is passionate about what he delivers and it really shows. Unfortunately we live 5 hours away but I would make the drive just to eat at Bagel Love again. That’s how good it is.
