Unmotivated staff that serve burnt not properly cut through bagels in a smelly unclean store. Avoid this place and get your breakfast somewhere else. I still wonder how stores like this can survive...
Delicious bagels with a variety of options, including sandwiches for breakfast or lunch, omelettes, and of course, bagels! Gluten free bread is available too. We didn’t try the coffee but they have that too. Convenient location with plenty of seating inside and friendly service.
Bagel 13 is just perfect . I went in after a rough morning and this place turned my day around. The service was outstanding, the food was just perfectly made, and i had the pleasure of chatting with the manager and she was so helpful and polite, she made my day. Keep up the great work guys!!!! Thanks.
Haven't even gotten our food yet and already not happy. Out of cold brew at 8am. Just heard her tell another guy they are out if croissants. Again-it's 8am. This is a breakfast place. This is the second location I've been to that didn't have the cold brew they very clearly advertise that they sell.
Cashier was on the short and snippy side. I like to be gracious, everyone has an off day. But we've just moved here and have been twice to two different locations and we've decided that we've done our dilligence-it's probably worth driving to Einsteins if we really want a bagel. Such a shame, we want to support local-but local has to give something worth supporting ????♀️

Went to this location on two separate days and had a well below average experience. The individual at the couter needed me to repeat my order five or six times during both visits and still got portions of the order incorrect. The bagels are okay but have very few options because they are consistently out of everything they advertise. Do not waste your money on the drinks/coffee's at this establishment either. I should also note that there was long black hair in my food BOTH TIMES! I'm all for supporting local buisness', but you've got to give us something to support. Change the way you advertise your 'available' bagel options, rework your drinks, and WEAR A HAIRNET!!!
So i went back to try Bagel 13 in Port St John because i was in a hurry. The first visit about two months ago was sad. The employees were sitting at a table either on the phone or playing on their phones, and took one of them about 5 minutes to realize we were even there. The food was subpar, and they claimed they were out of eggs..... Ok... Everything was just a pain that time . They must have sold it or got a manager that knows how to work because this time i was greeted as i walked in, service was excellent, it was clean, and everything went perfectly. Good food, good service, and i will definitely be back!!
I’m standing there waiting for my food and a gentleman from door dash was there to pick up and order. They tell this man they have no ice so they can’t make the smoothie for the order. The door dash guy not wanting to loose his order told them to give him money and he would go get them ice. Shame to the restaurant for not having ice and applauses to the door dash guy for taking care of his customers. You can’t tell me Bagel 13 didn’t know in advance that they didn’t have ice.
This restaurant has really gone down , menus not working, some days their open some days their close.
I placed an online order through their website, but they "don't do online orders" so I had to reorder in-store. Not a huge deal, but irritating. After ordering 2 sausage, egg, and cheese bagels and a single orange juice for $20, I was told they didn't have sausage... at 6:30am at a place that makes bagel sandwiches. I'm kinda shocked that this place fell off so hard. I used to love it. Even the inside feels off now with sticky bar counters and no music. I'd rate it lower if the sandwiches weren't good and I hadn't been here before. No gripes about the guy that served me, but as a business it was surprising.
