They assembled some parts wrong, but a guy named Rex I “believe” admitted he may have made a mistake and corrected it free of charge, from a customers standpoint that’s all I can ask for is honesty, and I’m happy
Little high on rate. But I guess they think that the oilfield has deep pockets.
But if you need repairs they are there. Got me in and out.

Ordered parts a day later than the should have after I told 3 different employees that it needed new rims. Drug their feet on even looking at the damage. Then tried to blame not having a common tool for another delay in completion costing me another day of work. Because of them I lost another 2000.00 in wages and their bill was ridiculous. Try your best to avoid this shop.

They get you in and out and Chad is very fair with the price. Hes gotton me in even at short notice and everyone's very cool!! If you're in watford and need semi or trailor repairs,this guy is a go to! You wont be disappointed, has a truck wash bay too!
Had them service my axel bearings on my Travel Trailer. Less than 300 miles down the road the driver side bearing on the back axel failed. As result the entire axel had to be replaced which took stranded me in Billings MT for 4 days. Although, BT&T covered the cost of a new axel they are Chad has blown me off with regards to covering my additional lodging costs of about $275 dollars. Char has blocked my number or refuses to answer my phone calls.
I had my a/c repaired here and they put to much oil back into the a/c so it's now broke if you're going to have someone do a job you must train them properly in order for them to do it correctly just saying
