Quintessential biker bar... luckily we're bikers. Don't go here if you're looking for bright and sunny ambiance. Sunday $5 roast beef dinner (smothered in gravy, green beans, mashed potatoes, and a slice of sourdough bread) and $5 bottles. Where else can 2 people eat/drink for $20??

I was told tales of a time when they had incredible food but for whatever reason they have changed their business model to a watering hole with roast beef sandwiches only available on Sundays.
I gave 2 stars because the facility was clean and the staff was friendly!
Awesome Place, it's a biker bar but I was on my Mnt Bike and stopped in after riding 40 miles and asked " if I could still have a beer if my engine didn't run on gas? They said hell yeah as long as you have cash!".
I got a roast beef dinner and a beer and it was under ten bucks. don't be intimidated and not to pull in there with all the motorcycles out front they are awesome friendly people in there.
My general rule.. the kitchen and bar is only as clean as the bathroom. If the owner doesn't enforce cleaning them good then it's a good chance the kitchen isn't so hot either.
Its OK, the bar tender over poured every time anyone in our group tried to get a mixed drink.. balance whats that? OK so on to beer, watched three or four pours from various taps only to see a lot of foam. I'll pass on that. So it was bottled beer for the night, its hard to mess that up.
I like dive bars, I like biker bars, I like dive biker bars too and as a biker I've been to a whole lot of them. The Bac Dor of old was definitely worth the trip from anywhere, now its OK at best. Friendly folks attentive staff and an overall good vibe but it needs an appointment with service master to deep clean the place.
This used to be the the #1 spot for bikers in CT and RI at one time.I remember going here on a Sunday and you couldn't find a spot to park,sometimes 600 bikes plus for a pig roast with a band playing in the back,they were famous for $1 roast beef dinners,but now it's just a roadside bar,still biker friendly,but the place went down hill since then,yea,they cleaned it up but they took the character out of it.
Dive bar with bad live music that's way too loud. Median age of customers is approximately 78.
