I’m conflicted. I’ve loved this place and they give great sushi with great portions for a great price. They also note that this is made to order, it is not fast food, so if you are looking for something quick, this probably isn’t your place. Last time I went here, I brought a friend with me who pointed out that our chef (who is also cashier) was not wearing any gloves … We watched her take two orders, interacted with customers and the card reader, then turned around and proceeded to roll the sushi with her bare hands ???? definitely not in line with food handling and safety procedures. I really do love this place, but seeing that was kind of a turn off and something that needs be addressed immediately.
Best sushi on NS! The girls were very kind and helped me order their favorite rolls. Would totally recommend if you’re in Kahuku sugar mill. Def made with love and aloha!
6pc sashimi for $16.50 sounds only slightly overpriced if it were good. Literally any other place ever could do it better and cheaper. Think of any sushi place in existence: guaranteed their 6pc sashimi is better than what was on that plate from Babadi. 500% overpriced thank god i didnt get food poisoning imagine that. Do NOT order the sashimi. I will engrave these words on my tombstone. Wow. I am impressed. Why is there no option for a 0 star review? It only takes one menu item to ruin the whole business' face. Please, remove it, DROP the fvck outa that price dayum or expect more disappointed foodie souls. I love food and have extremely low standards for what I consider a "good" meal but somehow, SOMEHOW yal introduced me to a brand new LOW. Its truly amazing. Please, if this review reaches any customers, heed my warnings. I have never written a review in my life but today is a milestone. Thank you for including a "no tip" option.

Absolutely delicious!! What a lovely surprise to have such a great little sushi truck here in the country. 10/10 flavors/proportion/cost/service.
The Best sushi in north shore!! I’m vegetarian, so it’s hard to find a place that would make substitutions, but Babadi Sushi’s friendly staff was more than happy to accommodate my dietary needs???? in result, I’m craving every single day for their hot rolls, temaki, avocado tempura and ????banana hot roll????
Right size, fresh fish and beautiful presentation! Very creative menu with great vegan options. Not to mention the smiles! Those girls are rocking it! It’s a must try!
They are very creative with their sushi, and they are delicious. I am kinda sad because it is next to a famous food truck and they get all the attention.
At least get a roll to try it out!
