Best WLM Reviews

Ba Bar in Cap Hill (really First Hill) offers a fantastic dining experience with a modern twist on classic Vietnamese cuisine. During my visit, I enjoyed their delicious soup, perfectly cooked noodles, and expertly crafted cocktails.
The cocktails were refreshing and well-balanced, setting a great tone for the meal. The soup was rich and comforting, a real standout that made me feel right at home. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right texture and flavor.
The ambiance at Ba Bar is both trendy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual yet sophisticated meal. If you're in the mood for quality Vietnamese food in a stylish setting, Ba Bar is definitely worth a visit.
The soft serve was runny and the server acknowledged it and pointed it out upon setting it on the table . This is a quality issue as texture is important. They shouldn't be serving it let alone charging. Seems like they don't take pride in their food.
The hoi an chicken was ok. The broth was quite salty.
The place is understaffed. Server was not attentive. They were accommodating of switching out vermicelli for rice.
There is covered outdoor seating. They also have coffee drinks.
The place was nicely decorated. Parking was a little difficult as it is near the university and only street parking available.
My boyfriend and I have had some really good experiences here before.
We wanted some good spicy Vietnamese food! We came in were greeted and seated by friendly staff.
Our food wasn’t so great ???? unfortunately nothing seemed to be hot temperate wise.
Ordered:
Singaporean noodles
Spicy noodle soup
Lettuce wrap
Wings
Lettuce wrap & wings were only decent dishes wings were still sweeter than what we remember.
They did bring us a nice variety of hot sauces which was highly appreciated. Our severed also great!
Food quality has really gone downhill
A MUST for a Seattle trip! Some of the best Vietnamese food I've had in a very long time! The flavors are incredible, especially the pho and the rockfish!
5/5 - Pho Tai Nam -- broth is so flavorful and comforting!
5/5 Rockfish -- the fish is so crisp and flaky, and the herbs in the salad really bring it to life!
5/5 Psydium Punch Cocktail
4.5/5 Lemongrass Beef
4/5 Bun Bo Hue
Went there for Saturday happy hour. The vibe of the place is "Asian Cool." It's an intimate dining room with an adjoining bar. The service was very friendly if a bit slow (not an issue on a lazy Saturday afternoon). The pho was delicious. The meatballs and pork skewers were also yummy. Overall a great place.
This was my first time trying Vietnamese food and I can same without a shadow of a doubt this is some of the best food I've had in my life.
I got the lemon beef vermicelli noodles. They were delicious, as well as beef skewers as an appetizer.
The ambience was also outta this world. It was incredible vibes and good music!
Overall this was a yummy dinner.
It wasn’t the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had, but also far from the worst.
The garlic shrimp was my favorite part.
It was our first time and the experience was phenomenal. We enjoyed their Imperial Rolls and Rotisserie Chicken with rice. The decor was on point also the flavor. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back tomorrow to explore their menu more.
