I called B&T for some advice on some bad work done on my car. Spoke to Bart, he was great! Very respectful, informative and patient. He made me feel heard and understood and gave me some really solid mechanic advice. His time and knowledge is beyond appreciated! His kindness did not go unnoticed. Amazing service!!! Bart was friendly and great with communication. He always kept me well informed on what was going on. Update: I called Bart about doing the rear brakes on my truck. He had an appointment already booked for the morning for another vehicles brake job, but let me know that he could get me in today. He went above and beyond my expectations and even gave my son and I a ride home so we didn’t have to wait at the shop while he worked. Bart got the brakes done fast and even gave me a ride back to the shop when the truck was ready for pick up.
