First off let me say a big thank you to Zena for restoring my locs. I feel so much better about my loc journey with her caring for dor my hair. I was down to strands yesterday and she was able to bring them back to life, thank you to an amazing stylist that has become my new stylist.

10/10 My first time there today and I couldn't wait to share how amazing my experience was. Rebecca worked so hard and dedicated hours to give me the exact look I was going for. She's seriously talented and I feel so beautiful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
My appointment was with Rufy...
* She was very critical and condenseding about my hair. As a master stylist and salon manager, she should have made a new client feel welcome and confident in her skills. She kept saying she didn't know what she was getting herself into with the amount of hair I have. Evidently, she didn't ask enough questions.
* I was given a book to pick a hair color from and the end result turned out to be much darker than what I requested. She must've known it wasn't light enough because she kept stating that she focuses on healthy hair. I didn't ask for healthier hair, I asked for a color change. A few of the other stylists even asked why didn't I want the color lighter, which I did. For $225, I think I should have received what I wanted.
* Rufy became unprofessional when she asked her son to go to the store to buy her some wine. She even stated she needed two bottles. Upon his return, she and one of regular clients each had a glass while the salon was still open.
I slept on whether or not to say anything and called her within 24 hours of the appointment. I expressed my concerns and she stated she would redo the hair color on one of her less busy days and would call me to coordinate a date... fast forward 7 weeks. When I finally contacted her, she asked me why was I just now calling and that she's busy everyday. I was made to feel as if I did something wrong by not calling to remind her.
Needless to say, we texted a couple of messages and she stopped replying. After her responses, who would feel comfortable allowing her to do a color correction!
Do not get your dreads done here if you cherish your locks. The older black

I wasn’t sure if they work with kinky hair ( when I say kinky , I mean KINKY). I was amazed With the result and I kid u not, the ladies there were all Professional and with smiles. And you don’t have to break the bank to look good with them.
I love it here. Really good experience Jennifer thank you so much for bring life back to my hair. I highly highly recommend it here. Prices are affordable and the atmosphere is good.
