Went in today to find a different look and unlike many beauty supply stores that hassle you just for looking around, this one was a little different. The staff at the weave counter was beyond helpful and patient with me. She also gave good advice and personally helped me find the look I wanted. Good prices too! Can't complain with great service!
This is my second time going into this place. I have nothing bad to say about it or too much good either. But the bright spot is the Black ladies that helps in the place do make u want to come back. Their personality is warming. They greet n talk with everyone that comes in the door. So if you go please speak to them.
This use to be my favorite beauty supply. Until today! The man took 15 mintues to ring up my 6 items ! The first time it was 24 bucks them 240 bucks. Then he cancelled it and scanned everything over and still didn't get it right! Then when he finally got it right and took my card payment he asked for my id which I had in my car and not on me so i couldn't leave and go to another store because he held my bag and my card and receipt and i had to go to my car just to get my ID. NEVER GOING BACK
Easy to find. Quite organized. Pleasant atmosphere. Prices were competitive and seemingly fair after driving my daughter all over the freaking place.
Went to this beauty supply store with my four kids and I was followed the whole time. I've been here before and never had this problem. I do not steal. I only grabbed a few hair bows and was looking for Bobbi pins but couldn't really finish shopping. I dont even carry a purse or bag that I could steal with. I literally had on fitted shorts and a shirt with my children holding my hand and bows in the other. The man followed me and my children around the whole 10 minutes we were there. It's a shame because I would only go to this store because it was right beside Superlo now I'll go out of my way not to go there and I'll be sure none of my family goes either. Sad and disgusting.
I don't usually go to this beauty supply but today I did and I went to purchase hair by Expressions. All the hair had a clearance sticker for $2.69. Somehow the hair was priced incorrectly and they refused to honor the price which is not fair to the customer. The Chinese man that works there said to me with an attitude "you know how much Expressions cost" I replied yes I do but if you mislead your customer with an incorrect price you should honor the price and go correct the rest. They refused to sale the merchandise for $2.69. But the Chinese lady Did give me 5% discount off the total charge which was $1.00 off. Other than that I guess they alright. Just be mindful that whatever the sticker price is might not be correct.
