I had my Honda Civic towed here after the towing company suggested them due to quality and fair pricing. They had it only 2 hours and diagnosed it ordered the part over night and had it running great by ur next afternoon. No extra diagnostic fees or BS that you get at most shops. I had the same car taken to Mountain tech the year before and it cost me $1300 to replace a pulley and they had it for four days. I trust these guys they don't try to make extra money off of you they fix what's broke and send you on your way.
We were on Vacation in Ruidoso and our Suburban started having transmission issues. We took it by here bc he was on the way to our cabin. Billy was willing to check it out and was honest about the time to fix it and the cost. We ended up trailering it home but if I had the time to leave it and let him repair it, I wouldn’t have questioned anything about what he did. He let me keep it there until my trailer arrived. When I asked how much I owed him he said “Owe? For helping you out? You don’t owe me anything, I’m just helping a family on Vacation out.” So from my family to Billy & B&M Automotive, I’ll forever be thankful for your friendliness and help! Thank you so much!! ????
Took my truck in because my transmission was making a loud noise and shifting weird they kept it the whole day then told me the transmission was out on it and will cost me 3500 to repair I took it home as I dont have that type of money just sitting around paid 15 dollars for a new transmission filter popped it in myself solved all my problems. Think this shop is money hungry and give people false info to make a quick buck...
