Called Raffi on a random afternoon, told him my front bumper was damaged, and he told me to bring my car in. He fixed it within minutes and was super friendly. Compared to my dealership service department, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would totally come in again.
Be aware….. when Raffi says “ we’re going to take great care of you and your vehicle “ what he means is we’ll bill your insurance company the most we can possibly get, keep your vehicle hostage for over two months, loose parts, return your vehicle incomplete and with additional damage and a horrible paint job. That was my experience. I wish you better success. Best bet is to steer clear of this shop entirely.
I had such a great experience, I want to tell everybody. Went in with my teenage son's car which had a number of scrapes that were starting to rust. I assumed I would have to leave the car behind. Raffi greeted me, and after a quick assessment, retrieved a polisher and proceeded to polish out all the scrapes. He followed it up with a paint sprayer and made all the scrapes disappear. Within 10 minutes it was all done - all the scrapes fixed. like magic. On top of that great service, he did it at no charge. no charge! Now its my turn to pay it forward. Thank you Raffi!
I’m Nov I got side swiped by a hit and run driver. The drivers wiper all of my driver side causing extensive damage. I took my car to B&K auto body and they fixed it up and in a fast and timely manor. But unfortunately just two months later I rear ended the back of the car (same side I just got fixed ) luckily I can always trust B&K to always have my back. I’ve been going to them for 3 years and with my luck I see them quite often. But I’m so glad to have found such a great and trusting auto body. They are really like family and everyone on the team is amazing especially RAFA

I was highly impressed with the customer service, job, & overall experience Auto Body Pasadena provided for me. I would recommend this place to anyone, as they provide excellent care, and reasonable pricing. I went in, & they completed the fix under 15 min. Very thankful to have found this place!!!!
Bryan was a saint! He helped me touch up the car that got scratched and the paint totally got wrecked. He turned it over within 8 hours, for same day pick up. I couldn’t suggest any other better company truly the best human being on earth.
Communication is Horrible, work doesn't look professionally done,car had overspray everywhere. My interior had paint all over it as well. Your car is supposed to look as is it hasn't been in an accident. "Stay away" from this place!
