This place is amazing. I took my hit truck to try to get the dent fixed but no luck on finding the quarter panel but B.J and his team did find me a tail light and replaced it for me so I was still able to drive it and they also replaced my mirror.
I am absolutely amazed at the work they did with my car! My uncle backed into it with his truck, and as you can see he did a number on it. They were affordable and they did the work the right way! I’m very pleased and highly recommend them if you’re looking into getting it body work done!
Called 4 times to set up an appointment for someone to come and look at damage and give estimate, they said they'd be there tomorrow each time I called. No one showed up each time. Moving on, I'll find a business that cares about keeping their word.
I had this shop work on my 2022 VW Gti that had rear end damage. It had been backed into in a parking lot. It needed the rear lift-gate and rear bumper replaced as the major items.
I picked this shop due to its higher ratings and a good first impression after I had talked with the shop owner. He seemed very organized, knowledgeable, and professional. I did explain that I detail vehicles including and work on cars as a hobby. I know how to inspect paint work, body panels, fit and finish, etc.
The work that had been done to my vehicle was very poor. Fit and finish was not great. You can see sanding marks through the paint. Multiple issues with panel gaps. The rear window was re-installed poorly ( not enough adhesive and they did not install the wiper motor gasket correctly ). The rear bumper parking sensor holes were not clean cut. Probably drilled out and that is the incorrect procedure. The removal and install of the interior panels left them damaged. The list goes on.
They only thing I can give them credit on is fixing a few of the issues after I called the the first time to complain. They replaced the bumper and fixed the parking sensor holes on their dime. As they should. But I could still see issues after I had picked the car up a second time.
I would not recommend this shop. It’s a shame they delivered the car to me twice with all the issues it had. I was not impressed and I am now stuck fixing all these issues on my own dime.
Would give it zero stars if I could. My stepdaughter got in a car wreck back in April. Car was towed to this shop. Shop did the estimate for the insurance company. Which equaled five thousand dollars. Car was supposed to be finished in three weeks. We got the car back last Monday. Late July. Stepdaughter drove the car off the lot for a ten minute drive home. The car wouldn't go over 25 miles an hour and died three miles from the shop. When we called the shop the owner's response was I'm a body shop, I don't check for mechanical issues for cars caused by wrecks. So then why would you do an estimate for an insurance claim? You have worked on cars how long? You know that wrecks cause more damage then just external. Yet you had no issue cashing the check for five grand from the insurance company. This guy is a scam artist and should be in prison
I have a Hyundai that thrives think is easy to steal so they keep causing damage. IT'S TOO OLD! BJ's does an outstanding job putting it all back together. I would highly recommend.
Update 01/2022 had more work done on my truck. Same excellent service. Excellent job, at a very reasonable price. They matched the paint color on my truck perfectly. I can't even tell where it was repaired. Their customer service is excelent. Would highly recommend them.
excellent job done with my car's rust hole. I will be going back there to restore the rest of the car into health. Bill was very trustworthy and answered my questions on how to protect my car from further rust and protect the paint. They do high quality work and I recommend them highly!
