Tiffany is my favorite tech and goes out of her way to give me excellent customer service, every time. I love this place, and go there to relax, and have some self care. I've had all of the nail techs at one time or another do my nails. I feel like I've gotten my money's worth. They're a really nice bunch of folks.
I tried their nail service they are a bit dry the atmosphere is not as friendly as some of the others in the area. My acrylic is lifting from my nails within one day. I had to beg them to put a design on my nails and I've noticed that none of my nails are the same size some are vertical some are straight just a mess
I have been over charged there 3 times now. I write in the tip and then write in the total also. 3 times now the total that they run it for differs from mine. I WON’T return and my pedicure was very rushed!
Folks are wonderful. The gel with varnish coating removal went well. Was not pleased with the application of simple nail polish, which was not dried sufficiently . When I returned to complain that all my nails had been smugged, I was told to expect it from the $20 service. Not in those words, but honestly, I did not understand the explanation. I would not recommend the $20 manice.
He trimmed my nail and cut out a hang nail. I’m on my 2nd round of antibiotic. Please don’t go here
Tiffany is a rude nightmare. Did my gel nails. i pointed out that she didn’t clean my cuticles and she started yelling for me not to tell her what to do. My gel manicure started peeling in 3 days from the cuticles. Yep, 3 days!!!!!
Worst, overpriced nail salon in the area!! I gave them two tries and will never go back. First the younger male that works there is extremely rude. His work is sloppy and crooked. My French manicure was uneven and so were my nails. And the first time I went my nails looked so awful I had to pay twice just to get them fixed. The gel was extremely thick and looked very Gotti. They do not know how to shape nails whatsoever. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
Don’t go there if you plan to keep your nails more than a few days before they break off. I’ve gone twice and more than one nail has snapped or broken off in the first week.
