I has been riding with them for 13 years straight et least 5 days a week.thier drivers are very friendly and they are always on time or if they are late,it's by 5 min or so. The owner, Elaine is a sweetheart. And Ashley, the dispatcher is the nicest girl.i recommend them over any other can company.
This is THE WORST cab service around. We waited 5 HOURS for a cab. Do yourself a favor and start an Uber acct. Theyre coming to these areas much more now. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
the driver chris fitzpatrick is an amazing on point employee always shows up on time,drives with safe and cautious driving and is always friendly and a pleasure to see when ik chris is my driver ik im in good hands and ik ill get to my destination on time every time
Well I was supposed to have an 11 am pick up 11:30 comes and they still aren't here I call them to find out what's going on and I get well we don't have anyone near you so we cant do it and i don't know what to tell you and proceeded to hang up one before i could say anything they didn't let me know before hand they couldn't do it and i wouldn't have known if i didn't call would not recommend
The service is horrible. It all depends on the dispatcher you get I made a reservation from the night before and it was still 30 minutes late and Iive maybe minutes away from leaving from Taxi stand it’s just this one young lady she don’t answer phone to entertain your voice. She hanged up like she’s home. It’s a business phone. It is so bad but someone tell me to get in touch with Miss Elaine. She’s the boss and I am going to do that. to let Miss Elaine know how she is doing and also it’s a job. you are dealing with the public. You cannot behave and act like that answer the phone and hanging up or don’t answer the phone. It is not OK especially when you make a reservation to be somewhere at a certain time and to be picked up it is rude. It’s disrespectful. It’s bad business practice.
I read the reviews expecting to have a horrible experience. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice on the phone...saud 20 minutes...the driver got there in 10....fair price....pleasant driver. Great experience. Thanks B & D.
Dispatcher is terrible, waiting for 2 hours she’s telling us someone is on the way when nobody was actually on the way ever. They need better management because apparently no one shows up to work. But 6/10 times they are not terrible and the drivers are nice.
Absolutely worse cab service. The company is lucky there are no other cab services in the area. Reserve a car for work to then show up 30 mins past reservation time. What’s the point of of reserving a cab. If reserving give your self more than 20 mins then the actual time you need.
