Wonderful people. Very fair prices.
I had the worst experience ever today (1/31/2020) at B&D. I had an appointment to have a “mistake” they had made on my car corrected. I apparently had the “audacity” to ask one of the “family members” what was taking so long. He sarcastically respond, it takes time, do you want your paint scratched or do you want it done right”. I responded that, “Of course I wanted it done correctly”. Additional words were exchanged because of his outright rudeness toward me, with him, basically, saying to me that they had treated us (my husband and I) good over the years. I did not quite get his inference since they merely serviced our cars, which is their business. I responded that we had paid for any and all services rendered to us.
He made a sarcastic remark to the effect that if I didn’t like his remarks, I do not have to do business there anymore.
I was appalled by this young man’s rudeness and could hardly wait to leave that establishment, never to return.
Good, fairly priced, honest work on my old, pain-in-the-expletive van. Didn't try to upsell me with work that wasn't required. And also less of a wait while being better staffed than other shops around here. Thanks guys!
I live in the area and use B&D Motors all the time, they are friendly and honest. Backed up sometimes but that’s because they’re reliable, and do the job.
These guys are the best! Super fair prices for really excellent work. My car hasn’t run this well in 6 years, for reals.
B &D Motors Are top Notch. I have been going there for many yrs. Joe and Chris are great and always get the job done and correctly.
