Honest, knowledgeable, & reasonable. Great service!
I called ahead to make an appointment for a simple oil change (they took my name, number, etc.) for later the same week. I was 10 minutes early for my 9am appointment (the front door was completely open - but no one was there). By 9:30 no one had shown up, called, etc. - I called/looked around. After waiting for over 30 minutes, I left. No one has ever called to follow up. I guess they do not care that much for their customers.
RESPONSE: I am sorry the office person was sick. I did look around. No one was there. I called out - no one answered. Two workers did come in around 9ish - they said they were from another company working out of the same location (Clean Touch Auto). They worked in the garage. I talked to them. They did not see you either - and did not seem surprised no one was around. They said the door must have been left open from the prior day (they did not think it was unusual). I am sorry for any confusion.
Horrible experience and we are still fixing their careless work. We actually had to get a attorney involved due to their dragging out a job they said would be done in 4-5 days, they had my truck 6 weeks. Everytime I called to see if ready they said they only had one or two more things to do and this went on and on. I got it back in worse condition than when it was taken in. They didn't mention the exhaust problem that developed in their care until I brought it up, they couldn't figure out how many shims where needed when you turn the key to start the truck it has the worst sounding racket now. All the guy could say was I gave you a good price. He quoted me a price to do the job to be done in 4-5 days. 6 weeks later and in absolutely worse condition than this vehicle has ever been in. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company. Everytime I went in they were just sitting around the office. They may have been okay in the past but many locals have nothing good to say about them
Had transmission go out while traveling. Did a great job fixing it. They offered to drive us around town if needed due to us not having a vehicle. Offered great warranty and wete very understanding.
Repairal in 2 days. Hopefully the wiring labor will fix our Camaro, and Chris helped give us a ride home in our car. 1st appt and everyone was super nice. Thx again.
Nick fixed our brakes same day and at a reasonable price, allowing my family to enjoy our vacation safely.
Do not use b&d they charge me for 3 hours of service to replace a lift pump that calls for 1 hour tech service and kept my vehicle for 3 weeks stringing me along over the phone
They put their customer's interest first. Excellent mechanics, consistently dependable, reasonable priced and reliable.
