Steve met me after hours at his wrecking yard so I could get a hood for my Lexus SUV. He even helped me put it on and gave me a ratchet strap to hold hood down till I fix core support from hitting a deer. Thanks again for the great service Steve!!

This is an A1+ salvage yard. I contacted the guys before the weekend to check on a 4L80e 4x4 trans for my suburban in which they had..and shortly after, I found another one closer to me so I didn't have to pay shipping. Called these guys back and thanked them for locating one for me, but I had found a closer option I could pickup. Yesterday, we finally started to tear down the trans from my local yard and come to find out it was burnt up and smelled of acrons. I was about to call on a Sunday afternoon when no one ever works..not only did they answer the phone, but also went around and checked to make sure that they still had the 4L80E I needed.

Long story short, they held it on stand by for me, just incase the shop I bought mine from wouldn't warranty the trans.

These guys are the real MVPs of the vehicle world ???????????????? and although I ultimately didn't buy from them, they kept their integrity and wished me the best on my replacement work.

10/10 will definitely buy from them in the future.

My son hit a deer on the night before Thanksgiving. I called around first thing Friday morning. They had the parts he needed and offered their installation services. Took the car to them on Saturday, they told me they would start it Monday. Come Monday morning they sent me pictures of them starting it, and that afternoon sent me a text saying it was ready to be picked up. Very good work, very helpful and personable people there. Would definitely recommend checking them out if needed. Saved my son a ton of money.

Owner was very nice and very knowledgeable. He even took the part off that I needed and met me at the front gate with it. Very very reasonable on rates as well. Will definitely do business here again. Not to mention it was SATURDAY and after hours.

My tire blew out on the interstate 2 hours away from home, and then my lug nut wrench broke trying to get the tire off. B&B Truck&Auto saved my family right on the interstate! They came out quick, got my donut on so I could follow them to their shop, and then got a new tire on my car in no time at all! They also aired up all my other tires and my donut, and even gave me a new 4 way wrench! They were EXTREMELY kind and SUPER fast and efficient! They truly saved the day! This was my first time ever blowing a tire, and being stuck on the side of the interstate with cars ZOOMING by with seemingly NO cares at all for my family's safety was a scary experience! B&B Truck&Auto made my family and I feel safe and cared for from the time they answered the phone up until they got us back on the road home! I could not have asked for better service!! Highly recommend. Drove up from Xenia for a specific part for my truck and ended up leaving with multiple parts for the truck. Reasonably priced and the service was above and beyond.
