If you're a woman looking for wigs,both true hair or not, this is the place to be!! Prices are actually pretty good compared to a few other wig shops that I have visited. Parking area is big enough so you will find a spot for sure.
Being going there got thru different owners & for the best part I've always satisfied. They do need to order new wigs because I keep seeing the same ones. But, no bad experience over the years.
I’m a regular customer and was extremely unsatisfied when I went recently. I was shopping for a wig and usually I have no problems finding a wig and finding the right color but this time I was met with a rude female worker In the back who didn’t want to help me, wasn’t looking for wigs in the back stockroom, completely shutting down my request. This time she told me I couldn’t touch the boxes and to ask her instead. I wasn’t taking out the wigs out of the boxes or anything. I was just simply looking at the packaging, the colors, the length. She didn’t like the fact that I was bending down and reading the colors or the styles. I just wanted to look for myself since she didn’t want to look. I never had a problem with a single worker until today. Every time I went nobody had a problem with me just looking and searching until today. Even in front of the owners, they never had a problem with me bending down and looking and touching the boxes. So I told her “nobody has ever had a problem with me looking, not at this store, not even at different beauty supply stores.” And she snapped at me and said “that’s because maybe nobody wanted to say anything to you.” Completely unsatisfied with todays service. And not to mention they was having inappropriate conversations about appearing in court and doing illegal stuff. Hire better and nicer workers or you gonna lose customers.
Great customer service! I needed hair extensions for my wedding and had never worn them before. The associate was super helpful and kind, and the cashier even gave me a free hand sanitizer with my purchase (a big bottle!). Will definitely be back again!

Been going here since 1995 and the same owners are still there! I appreciate that they remember me and value me as a customer. They are always friendly, helpful and kind. Great selection of products at great value and prices. Very organized store too! Love this place! Please open back up soon!!
Fake advertising, the ponytail was post to be human hair and it was behind the counter like most human hair items are. And I came home to wash the ponytail before installing and it was terrible just like synthetic hair. I was told by the manager it was human hair so I put the synthetic hair ponytail back and got fake advertisement. But as a black female who knows the differences between the two he said how do I know it’s synthetic clear as day the back of the ponytail box say synthetic fiber hair. Do better at ordering your supplies and hair and know the difference
POOR service and I go there everyday faithfully but today might of have been my last day, better yet I couldn’t even get the whole refund because the wig didn’t look the same as I purchase it. Human hair can be wash just like real hair of course I wash it first before installing it. If I would of knew it was fake I wouldn’t have touch the ponytail
My favorite beauty supply store , the girls are always helpful even when i feel like im being annoying with my questions , im happy they updated and ordered new lashes because now they have the ones i love i use to have to drive to the east end to get them but now i dont have too ☺️
