Id always come here for anything I needed a few years ago. But I can tell they don’t care anymore. Took my truck in for a coolant leak and asked them to diagnose it, left it for a day which is fine, they never reached out to me for an update. I called them and they said they did some diagnostic but still didn’t know where it was coming from. Next day comes around and they’re coming up on closing time so I call and get sent straight to voicemail. They call me a little while later and say it was an upper radiator hose. I thought for a second and told them since it’s already there might as well just replace it. They replaced the part before getting my confirmation and charged me a whopping 237 dollars. AND THE TRUCK IS STILL LEAKING. I took it back and showed him the area it’s coming from after looking at it myself along with a buddy who’s been a tech for over 20 years. They didn’t offer a discounted price or some of my money back. Dude said “well we can take it back, but it’ll be a few hundred dollars” this is piss poor compared to what they used to be.
I will never use another mechanic as long as I live in the area. I have an old rusted car,minor issues and this shop has done everything to keep me from obtaining a new car payment with way reasonable pricing! My car was in the shop last week,still leaking oil after i left and they did not hesitate to come to my home on a friday night to get my car back in safely. He's an honorable man,and doesnt try to take advantage of me being a woman and doesnt try to upcharge me...that alone will make me a loyal customer. Thanks guys.
The owner is awesome. He really cares about his customers. I highly recommend this shop for your car needs. The price is good too.
Haven't taken my car anywhere else for a few years now even though I moved out of Independence. I recently had a new muffler put on as well as a couple minor repairs (new window motor and AC charge) and they were awesome, fitting me in to their busy schedule asap when a part of the muffler ended up being defective. John was great in explaining everything thoroughly and being up front and honest about the entire process. Thank you guys so much for making everything easy (and letting me sit in the office with you while it was raining)!

I drove back from Louisville to get my GMC truck fixed
. Matt and the staff were amazing and saved me probably $3000 by being honest and fixing what was wrong and not over selling. Rolled away with my truck running like a gem for $247. Matt and team thank you so much. I will definitely be back with any and all issues.
While riding a scooter the nuts came loose on the muffler. This was the first place I seen and they helped with no hesitation. Highly recommend…
