Was nervous because new ownership but they did an impeccable job!!! Fast, courteous, explained after care and best part is when they had lunch John PRAYED then and there over his food with the workers. No shame in Jesus name!!! I have had windshields replaced by other well advertised companies, I was never satisfied with the outcome, I'll spare you the stories....Let me just say I'm really impressed with the installation workmanship, and with the whole process of getting the windshield replaced on my 2002 F350. I highly recommend B&B Auto Glass. They will be doing all of my glass replacement from this point going forward. Just can't say enough about how satisfied with the work, price, and friendliness and courtesy of the staff at B&B Auto Glass. 100%

This place is where you need to go for glass repair…. If I can give them 10 stars I would and ill tell you why
1) because there are honest with you from the moment you hit that door…
2) they do not believe in ripping people off when he tells you he’s going to try to help you. He means it also the guy that does the installing does a great job….. and he makes sure to do the job the right way….. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had my windshield replaced by B&B Auto Glass at their Statesville, NC location. They answered the phone (which is rare these days) and I made an appointment. The staff was friendly and courteous. Insurance covered my new windshield which looks great! I would highly recommend B&B to anyone who needs a windshield replacement.

A raw kit, my windshield and cracked it. I took it to B&B Auto Glass put in a new one. My insurance paid for it through comprehensive. Everything was great.
