I just got my door dash order. For $6 and some change the “chips and dips” leaves a lot to be desired. The burrito is great! But I am very disappointed that I paid over six dollars for a tiny baggie of chips and a tiny queso. How is this dips and how do you guys justify over six dollars for this?
The staff was very nice as friendly! Was my first time trying it. I had 4 tacos and it was 6$ very reasonably priced for taco Tuesday! Not sure what the normal price is for them but definitely not worth more than $1.50. The beef was so gross. I had to add a lot of salsa to hide the gross flavor. The pork was ok not the best but not the worst. I ended up throwing 2 away I just could not do the flavor fail. Over all I wasn’t to disappointed being a paid only $6 but if I had paid full price I would have asked for a refund.
My 2 stars are for the food only! the staff was amazing and friendly I would give them 5 stars!
My 8 year old nephew wanted to go to B A Burrito and I was a little skeptical at first. I'm new to the Jonesboro area and had never heard of it. So we stopped by, skepticismis my cup of tea.
My first impression is always customer service, anywhere I go. It really sets the tone for the experience. Unfortunately, I was not impressed at all with how we were approached and treated today.
However, I hated so much to really love the food. But never the less, I was impressed by the food and this is what saved their rating for me. Oh, and the manager treated me a little better near the end when I put in a to go order for my wife.
Still need to work on customer service and their initial set up, especially for new customers. But the food was great!
Never had a complaint until now. Guy in back of the guy with the hat on makes my burger literally give my order away to someone else . When he knew I been here over an hour waiting then coworker had to let him know that he needs to hurry up with my order. Still didn't get it. I requested money back got it. Dude should been fired he didn't care at all what he did to me.
Food was delicious but I tried to order online in order to use the pickup window but the app wasn't working right and then when I got to where I could order it said the pickup window was not open so a lot of wasted time. I am disabled and was trying not to have to go inside due to pain.
Service is always terriable. Sit in dine in line while watching multiable take out orders get made in dine in line. Finally get someone after standing 10mins just to let us know some meats aren’t available.
We absolutely love the food here!! It's nice that you can customize your meal! They load you up with food too, so it's worth the price! The only complaint is that their dining room floor is always sticky when we visit.
This place has nice burgers and good customer service
