I decided on 3 stars because at first they sold me 4 new tires and only installed 1 of the actual tires I bought and 3 other ones. However, when I returned to the store, the office lady eventually made everything right, and I left with a brand new set of 4 matching LT tires on my truck.
I came to Az Famous Wheels and Tires to purchase a tire. I was sold a tire that was told to me was reliable and sufficient for my son’s vehicle. I then take the tire to Discount Tire to have the tire installed and that is when they inform me that the side walls are crumbling and that when air is put in the tire a bubble forms. I call Az Famous Wheels and Tires back and let them know about the situation and they refuse to give me my money back. The female staff member then tells me to just bring the tire in and they will mount it. Are you joking? I’m not going to put an unsafe tire on my son’s vehicle after it was already deemed a bad tire. Please be aware of Az Famous Wheels and Tires. They sell unsafe product and will mount bad product on a rim to put you in a potentially bad situation (e.g. collisions).
Excellent customer service, I was greeted by two young men and was very impressed by thier customer service and helpfulness. I recommend this shop to all.
The most professional efficient, service done correct at a fair price and with outstanding communication and customer service. They have a great selection and ask at once I have my brakes so me and all new tires rims and in and out in no time . Thanku
