First time back in a long long time, I just found out this great buffet is open seven days a week for brunch which is awesome news for us locals to get together with friends and family.
From bottomless mimosas to all-you-can-eat snow crab legs, which were good -
My favorite was the six-ounce steak, the ones on the platter were kind of dry but the cool thing is that are constantly cooking them on the grill so you can request a fresh juicy steak at the moment tender, hot, and delicious making it a great tasty experience.-
The desserts variety are plenty to choose from,
From no-sugar options to pastries, cakes, and even ice cream with personnel ready to help,
????????????????????????????????????????
I’m ready to go back with my friends soon ????
Was finally able to get a reservation to the all you can eat lobster buffet and with all the hype it was just ok. The lobster tails are small and you only get either one lobster tail and or a whole lobster you don't get more than one tail or whole lobster at a time but it is unlimited times. Not impressed with this at all especially since the whole lobster claws was just like eating sand and they were not cleaned at all however all of the other food places were very good and fresh and our wait staff was excellent. It's only worth the money because of all the other food.
A.Y.C.E. buffet at the Palms casino is a must add to any foodie trip to Vegas or anyone looking to fill up on good food. Immediately the service was great we arrived early and we were able to change our reservation time and go right in. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Big bonus, most items were labeled with what they were! No mystery food. A few items felt out of place, specifically melted butter, witnessed several people ask where it was, especially important for the crab and lobster lovers. The meat stations had happy carvers that carved sizable chunks of meat and done with a smile. Never did I feel like I was putting a worker out by asking a question or requesting specific cuts. The selection of foods may not be as vast as some of the other buffets we have gone to in Vegas but it had IMHO a great selection between staple foods you would want from a buffet and new interesting items not typically found in a buffet.
We came on a lobster night because the wife loves lobster, it was very good. They give you a lobster tail and a whole lobster if requested. Something that stood out to both of us was the sheer amount of sauces, chutney's, salsa's, and just topping like items with each station. Most were fantastic with a few that were meh, but good to have.
Drinks were filled promptly, though I was not a fan of the tap water that was not filtered, personal thing as in a water snob.
The dessert area was quite nice and had several of my core favorites, peach cobbler, German chocolate cake, brownies etc. Everything was good for desserts that I tried except the peach cobbler, it was like eating wall paste.
The layout and aesthetic was nicely crafted without the Vegas gaudy that can often be seen. It came off as pleasing, comfortable, and classy.
I would recommend this place to anyone. We will be back and will look forward to this again.
I experienced Palms AYCE brunch buffet today! I thoroughly enjoyed it!! They even offered snow crab legs and shrimp cocktail! Everything I tried was delicious! And the best part about it, it wasn't crowded! Louie was my server and he was extremely attentive and friendly! Give it a try, you'll be pleasantly satisfied!!
Pros: Clean. Friendly staff. Prime rib is so good! Desserts are tasty too. The rest isn’t bad but mostly come for moneys worth of prime rib. Decent prices!
Cons: Wait time at least an hour.
The AYCE Buffet was a very good place to eat. There were numerous choices with many different varieties of food. I tried quite a few and it was all delicious. The steak was even good, which is rare for a buffet. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and professional. The whole area was very clean and presentable. The only downside was the cost, it was a bit expensive. However I do understand the cost since crab legs were being served. I would recommend AYCE.
The brunch was delicious and lots of options. The crab was my favorite and the omelet made at the omelet station was tasty. I like that you can get a mimosa too.
Go early to eat because the longer you wait to go the more crowded it gets. We waited 1 hour to finally get in on a Tuesday. We enjoyed it!
How is it possible to make lobster so insanely dry. Went to two different stations and both were consistently dry. Worse then over cooked chicken!
Lobsters were super small which was to be expected, however the previously frozen tails were better than the fresh????
If you actually enjoy lobster - avoid!
