always had a good experience except last time I was there. The front desk person lacks customer service skills. She doesn’t smile and looks at you as you approach her like she’s bother that you came in. She warms up later on but not a good first impression especially when we are paying good money for services.
I felt like they are proactive towards making a treatment plan for my needs, which is refreshing. Everyone was polite and nice and listened to me, this was only my first visit but I was impressed. Hopefully that continues.
Overall great experience! Only hard part is the secretary she isn’t rude but she isn’t the nicest which might raise some others anxiety like it did mine. Overall very much worth it! Great price!
Arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. They let me know they were short staffed and running behind. A few people were in the lobby already. Was no problem for me, it happens. Six people came in after me, five were seen before me. Guess I'll take my business to a different place.
This is the absolute BEST urgent care in the city! Their facility is clean and professional. Their staff is very friendly and hospitable. I always feel welcomed and like a person rather than a number here. When you set an appointment you get seen at that time. The wait is next to none, once you sign in. I will not give my money to anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My first visit was just me trying to get to know them. but now that I met Dr. Julie, she’s fabulous. Staff is very very friendly, which helps out a lot when it’s pain management. If you don’t wanna pay those high VIP prices at other doctors office come here it’s worth it.
I recently moved to Bartlesville from Fort Worth. I suffer from chronic illness with a complicated medical history. They have been amazing and took me on as a new patient. It has been a seamless transition with them continuing all medications without any hesitation. I highly recommend them!!
We have enjoyed our visits to Axis, first for an illness, now for our primary care. We highly recommend Dr. Julie Broaddrick! The staff are great, too! We also recommend Dr Brett for pain management. I was new to Oklahoma and the way pain management works and he took the time to explain and walk me through the process.
