When my car started overheating, I pulled into this shop with no appointment at 3pm on a Thursday. They looked busy and I figured they would keep my car for days, if they even agreed to fix it. One of the mechanics came right out to take a look. They treated me as if I was a long time customer. About 2 hours later, I got a call from Chris telling me it was ready & the price was a lot less than I expected. Since I just moved to the area, it is a huge relief to find some good, honest mechanics who know what they are doing.
Axis auto is the only place I’ll take my car . It’s so nice to have someone like Chris that trustworthy and doesn’t take advantage of you. I’ve never had any issues after bringing my car to Chris . He goes above and beyond for his customers
I got my car fixed with Chris few months ago and he fit me right in and got everything I needed done within a week. He did a AWESOME job, I've had no problems since. Reasonable prices and awesome work. Please go and see him if you need anything done with your car especially someone who is trustworthy!

Axis auto repair is the only place i will take my car. The staff is knowledgeable and reliable. They are quick, friendly and honest. They make sure your car is 100% fixed and safe. I have been going to Axis Auto since the end of March 2020 when my alternator on my vehicle went Andover was referred to them. Since then I have had my radiator replaced, my flex pipes changed, my exhaust fixed, oil changed, tires done (all4) and diagnostics done. Chris is very professional and detailed about the issues involving my vehicle. My favorite part is he didn’t try to get over me because I am a female as some other shops have tried. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to check them out.
Axis auto is a great business to get your vehicle fixed the staff is polite, they treat your vehicle as if its their own, and they put hours over end to stay at the shop and get peoples vehicles fixed the right way. If you haven't been here yet and you are looking for a reliable mechanic go here they wont let you down.
