Called for a ride and they requested a deposit. I sent the deposit and an hour later no ride. I called back and was told the driver was in route, 40 minutes later still no ride. Tried to request my deposit back off cashapp only to find out they blocked me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. ITS A SCAM!!
I have never delt with a business so unprofessional in my life. The driver asked me to provide GPS, drove wrecklessly causing a near accident twice, argued about estimated cost of ride, blasted the music, had heat on extremely high, and for a finally, never came back to get me even though I pre paid. After calling many times with no answer, I'm told my driver left and no one else will be available til 2. I was told that around 11:30 a.m. now at 7:32 pm and 10 unanswered calls, I still wait for a manager to call me in regards to a refund for the ride home not provided. I can't believe they are aloud to run a business in this manner.
*** Finally received a call from the Manger at 10a.m. the next day. No managerial or professionalism in resolving my complaint. Talking over me, not listening to my complaints. Worst of all said I left a bad review and think I'm gonna get a refund?
I would obviously never use this company again. I would never recommend it for anyone else.

Great service. Gets me to school & work on time & the driver makes me feel comfortable & safe.
Not really reliable. My driver had alcohol in the seat and can be assumed to be drinking while driving. Calls go to voicemail. For safety alone, I would not recommend this service.
Criminal cab company
- Took my whole $50 deposit and only took my girl one way to her appointment 15 miles away.
- Female driver swerved through lanes and almost crashed multiple times.
- Gf messaged the owner and recieved ghetto, misspelled, unprofessional texts back saying we were stealing from them.
No lyfts or Ubers around called Awesome Cab after midnight. They answered asked for my address and was picked up within 30 minutes. Cool people, definitely would recommend.
If they provided more realistic timelines for their arrival people would be less upset. The drivers should communicate with potential passengers, I understand that there are driving but there are hands-free options, and they can also pull over.
The driver did come and pick up my mother-in-law, and she was very pleasant. I would use their services again but I would only use them if I had lots of time to wait.
