I bought a travel card for a bus for a whole week, $31 with cents in a machine in the terminal, but this card is not accepted by any of there buses, be careful, scammers, bus drivers, seeing that there is a card, do not let me through and are rude, the worst terminal, the drivers are not They give you a transfer ticket have to pay for if transfer Miami downtown

This is where all the buses stop in to let passengers on or off in order to get to the Aventura mall. Know what bus or buses you need to get on or off because there are several long stretches of walls where the bus stops are posted and and you don't want to have to keep running around for which post is correct for your journey. Aventura mall is a nice mall to go to shop, hang out, I wouldn't suggest going here for a bite to eat. Food can be nasty depending on where you go. I wouldn't recommend to fancy restaurants because Ive tried one there and the food and service was an absolute nightmare. Food tasted like rubber and waiter hiding who knows where. I did get pretzel hot dogs at Annie's which was good.

This place is always good for visiting the movie theater. I love when the theater is not full and since covid my theaters haven't had many people.

Don't put 5$ in vending machine you won't get a wide selection and the machine won't give your 5$ back in quarters bad machine go get another machine which does give money back. Scam machine

Filthy humid mess. Mentally ill sleep here. Creepy dark and confusing place to transfer. No technology at all to show when the next bus is coming as it's done in most other big cities. MD transit system and Broward transit use different payment system, transfers don't work. No way to access Brightline from here, but Google directions tell people to transfer to Brightline trains here. Don't come here by bus to connect Brightline. Google is wrong. Brightline is physically blocked by a fence and a highway. No bus goes to Brightline station and this is not a transfer point for it. Google maps, hello? update it!

I really like this terminal. No more outside in the rain to catch a bus. Centrally located and access to virtually anywhere in Miami Dade County. For once it was done right! The bonus is access to the mall from this terminal! Pictures to come!

It's not very clean and the people are very unhelpful and very unfriendly. It's easy to get lost trying to find where the bus picks up. The drivers don't want to help at all.
