Juan truly elevated our dining experience and made our night incredibly pleasant. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy the delicious food and inviting atmosphere, but Juan's warmth and hospitality made us feel incredibly welcomed. He struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space, never once making us feel rushed.
Juan's attention to detail was impeccable, and his suggestions greatly enhanced our dining experience. Moreover, his availability and personable demeanor made us feel valued as guests. Despite our indulgence in a few drinks, Juan remained patient and engaged, attentively listening to our ramblings with a smile.

Dominic was an amazing server. Everything he recommended was absolutely fantastic. Food and drinks are top notch, the fish in salt was fantastic.
Perfectly executed. This was a fantastic meal marred by the awful welcome we received.
We arrived early for our reservation and unable to be sat even though the majority of the restaurant was empty. It picked up by the time our reservation time come to and we were given one of the worst seats in the restaurant. Low seating that is not comfortable for actual dining. Also in a huge walkway near the waiters service station. This was for a special occasion which was communicated and very much treated as not. I was told the majority of the restaurant is "low" table seating, which I was trying to avoid, which is simply not the case. A quick look around the restaurant puts the low tables 1:3 for the standard seating. When I asked to move I was told I’d have to wait 40 min for a new table. Over all just a very poor introduction and table management by the host staff to what is supposed to be one of the best restaurants in Orlando.
If AVA is trying to be on the level of receiving a Michelin Star, good luck.
This was an excellent dining experience! The server Gabriel and Cody were very attentive and knowledgeable, the food was very fresh and I love the fire presentations with certain dishes. I would definitely make time to go here and I personally will be returning as well. The truffle pasta was exceptional!
One of the best experience I had when I visited Orlando!! They were super accommodating in so many occasions and the food was delicious on top of it!
I can highlight two examples where they took their service to the next level:
1. One of the waiters took away my co-worker’s glass of what she thought was water but really it was an alcoholic drink with 3 sips left. Guess what they did: they gave him another drink of the same kind, free of charge!
2. When I asked for my hanger steak to be cooked medium rare, they let me know that if it’s not done enough, they can just cook the steak even more. Despite the nod, the steak was perfect, both in taste and texture. I can go for medium, but personally, medium rate suits better for me.
They even accommodated those who can’t eat gluten with alternatives as well!
In I had the chance to go to Orlando once again, I would definitely come to this restaurant again!
This is an incredibly fun location filled with surprises around every dish. Our server, Gabriel, was knowledgeable, kind and fun and made sure we had the best experience from giving us stellar recommendations to getting me a specialty cocktail not listed on the menu. Ava is so much better than your average restaurant and I’m so glad I got to have the experience here. Every dish was phenomenal and impacted every sense along the way.

We had an amazing experience at Ava! We were celebrating my moms birthday and the food and service exceeded all expectations. Our server Carlos was amazing and gave great recommendations on food and drinks! Definitely recommend the fresh fish! Atmosphere is very cool just a little loud. Definitely will be coming back!
