This place was recommended to me. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with car repairs. There is no communication as to what repairs are needed if they find other repairs needed. After having AC repairs done I am still without AC . I took my car back again after they told me that I needed a certain repair. I asked them to let me know if the repairs will be done at the end of the day so that I could make adequate arrangements for transportation. Didn’t get a call back. I left my car overnight to give them time but when I went to pick my car the next day my car wasn’t touched at all. I have a lot of patience but this place is ridiculous. I will never go back to this place. Horrible service
Terrible Experience, I sent a Jeep Sahara for a Clutch Service, excuse after excuse, whether the parts were not original, whether the mechanic had covid, and after a terrible customer experience I took the car to another mechanic, the fix the car perfectly in 24 hours. The Mechanics at Automotive Tech, left the clutch nuts loose, believed or not. If you want to save time and money stay away from these people. By the way extremely rude with the lady owner of the car.
PD, After seeing the reply, I can confirm the negative attitude of this business, for starter if the parts were after market and you weren't sure of the work, your should have never accepted the job. Second, what does after market parts have to do with leaving nuts loosed? Why the other mechanic had the car ready in one day, after you took more than one month to say come and pick your car and your money? Terrible Attitude, terrible service
If you are looking for an honest mechanic and a hard worker... then you have come to the right place! I have been bringing all of my cars and the family's cars as well for years and we trust Norman, the owner with our eyes closed. If you don't need it, he will tell you! Just had my brakes and an oil change done and I could not be happier! I highly recommend this place!!
Took my 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe in because the oil pressure light was on. Ervin greeted me and was very friendly. He explained what the possible causes could be. Had me order a couple parts from the dealership. Took it in first thing in the morning and it was fixed in a few hours. He also took some photos of the inside of my engine to show me some things I needed to be aware of. I definitely recommend this place. Fair and honest.
