Great service and very affordable! Staff and owner takes time to put in the extra effort to show clients a more personable experience, really made me feel welcome and that my concerns were cared about. Staff even stayed late because they knew I was traveling there on a donut tire and cared more about my safety then punching out at closing time! Very happy with the service and pricing here! Definitely recommend!
The service was great, however that's where it ended. The way they explain their charges is not the best. I ended up paying nearly double than usual for just a basic oil change. I have never paid an "oil change service fee" in addition to the actual oil change.
My grandma went there for a starter. Only because she broke down in the area the owner tried to charge her $400 for the job!!! My family owns a shop and we are well aware of the labor her vehicle calls for he was completely trying to take advantage of her! That is until my mother called and told him that we would take him to the BAR that made him charge fairly but it didn't change his bad attitude. He was very intimidating/rude when she went to pick up her car. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
These guys are good. Ford of Poway wouldn't repair the knock sensor of my RV engine for fear that the cost would skyrocket. Automotive Specialists disassembled the engine and replaced the bad components for a third of what the Ford company was asking. I would trust any engine repair to Automotive specialists. Friendly and knowledgeable. A Valley Center treasure.
We took my husband’s work van in last week. They told us it would be done in a few hours. Three days and $877 later we finally got the van back. Today the van would not start. We had it towed back and now we are being told it will be another $750 to complete more repairs!!! NOT COOL. We will not be taking our vehicles back to this repair shop!!

Although they where understaffed that day it took longer to get to my truck, I had to leave my truck in overnight, but afterwards they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a discount! Since I lived near by I was going to walk there but the owner insisted on picking me up so I would not walk!
Great customer service and they always called me to update me on my truck. Overall a good experience
Robert and Fernando are awesome! Very honest and caring! Have been ripped off by shops in the past, and Robert has fixed past problems while charging a very reasonable price. I won't go anywhere else!
Very honest shop! Truck wouldn't start I was sure I needed a new alternator. Just needed a battery charge. I appreciate their honesty because they could of got me for a high bill. Years of looking for an honest shop, I think I have found it.
