After three attempts by another shop to fix my air conditioning unsuccessfully, Jerry's shop found the problem and fixed it on the first try. I have had numerous things repaired there since then. His hourly shop rate is reasonable, the hours charged for work is low. He is conscious of customers costs and gives good advice on whether to fix or find another solution. He is very open and honest.
I can’t tell you how great Jerry is!! I referred at least 50 people to him over the years. He is the most honest not only mechanic but businessman I ever have met in my life!! Don’t hesitate to bring your car in to see him
Excellent work. I had been using a mechanic 45 minutes away for the past 20 years and wanted someone just as reliable. Automotive Specialty was awesome. I told my aunt and uncle about them to find out They had been using Jerry’s for 30 years. Wish I knew about them sooner. Their repair shop is just down the street from me. He doesn’t add unnecessary repairs. They fix what is needed and if something doesn’t stay fixed, he stands by his work. Great place - couldn’t ask for better service or repairs. Thanks a bunch.

Jerry is the most honest mechanic you will ever find. So my places take advantage of people especially woman, I was given a $2000 estimate on what my car needed to pass inspection from Firestone. I took it to Jerry and all it needed was brakes. They lied to me to try to take advantage. I could not thank Jerry enough, he will have a lifetime customer, ME!
What an amazing establishment! They fit me into their schedule for a same day state inspection after my previous auto company turned me away due to not having an inspector on staff, even with me having an appointment. I found Lerch's by driving around and was not disappointed. They understood my issue, needing the state inspection on my only day off, they fit me into their schedule same day, and had my car inspected in a short time. These guys have 4 inspectors on staff, and it is family owned and operated. I cannot thank the owner enough for his honesty and professionalism. They are one of the good guys, 100% recommend!
Jerry is always so helpful and kind! When my check engine light came on, the shop fixed my car within a few hours. I don't know much about cars so Jerry took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that I could understand. Great service!
