My opinion is biased due to being a 9 yr customer.
They are upfront and honest.
Busy as hell. Minimum 2 weeks to get vehicle scheduled service.
If you have the time, certainly worth it!

Great service at a great price, the best kept secret in Lincoln! The word is getting out though, be prepared to make an appointment 10 days to 2 weeks in advance. Originally recommended to me by my cousin, a mechanic in his own right who told me he takes his vehicles there when he has less time to work on his own vehicles. I've taken my cars here for years, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the work and the people there. Worth the wait if it's not an emergency, highly recommended!
If you are looking for an honest, fair, and reputable shop, then this is the place for you. Great service and communication. My final repair cost was less than what they had estimated it might be, and far less than what the dealership had quoted. I highly recommend working with Jon and his team!

Great experience! Scheduling for a diagnostic was easy and I got in within a couple days! Jon called me with updates and got to the bottom of what was wrong with my heater. I also got a quote on some front struts. Thinking I'd have to schedule another appointment to get the work done I asked, but was pleasantly surprised when he had booked out the time already and could get it done that day. The price was very reasonable and in the future I'll definitely be back!!
I cannot recommend John and his team enough. We've been going to Automotive Services for over a decade. I am never afraid of sticker shock, they communicate clearly, and are always quick to get the work done. I've never had a recurring issue, once they fix it, it's fixed! I won't trust my car to anyone else.
