I am visiting from out of town and took my son's car for repairs. I was very impressed by how professional they are. Took care of several items very promptly. Connor Bute at the front desk was very kind and helpful. I felt that they were extremely honest - originally they estimated some work was needed, but upon taking car into the shop, they felt that it was not necessary and they did not do it. Most shops would have replaced parts and charged for them and labor just to make money. Highly recommend!
The team at Automotive Professionals and Repair was so helpful! I needed a a headlight replaced - a mechanic helped me right away and didn’t even charge me for the labor. The front desk staff was very kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back for future service.
Great service! Came here for an oil leak and was happy with everything. They ask for approval before repairs and everything is transparent. Friendly staff patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Automotive Professionals for years. Sandy and his team were great back then and the new owner, Abebe, and his team- Connor, Jay, John and a handful of others have continued that legacy. They are honest, their prices are reasonable, they did not try to upsell me and they were extremely patient with the dozens of questions I had.
I got my brake pads and rotors fixed by them about a year ago. Recently, I brought my car back in because several lights on my dashboard were on. They replaced my O2 sensor, did an Oil change and transmission fluid. Within 3 hours and about $600 later, I was back on the road. I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, a day (& 70 miles) later, my lights were back on. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a thorough diagnostic to determine the issue at no additional cost. Abebe, Connor, Jay, and John were extremely patient as I asked them several more questions that day. I highly recommend Automotive Professionals!
Excellent service! I called to receive information about tires and Connor answered all my questions and helped me to make the best decision. I went there and they were really good at what they do, but also at who they are. I'm going to come back when I need another service. I really recommend this place.
My car broke down close to their shop so I decided to take it in. Had a great experience with everyone there and they fixed everything in a timely manner and even cleaned some of the interior for me as well! They explained everything that happened throughly and showed me photos of the old vs new parts. It is a great shop to know if you live in the Atlanta area.
Can't thank the crew at Automotive Professionals and Repair enough! Had a water pump/alternator belt snap on my morning commute and just happened to break down right near them. Gave them a call to see if they had the part and were able to get me in. They were up front and said they were super busy but would try to squeeze me in. I was back on the road that afternoon! They also let me know the part that may have caused the issue that will need replacing. Up front folks at a fair price. Hard to find these days.
