When you live anywhere, you always want to have that mechanic that can do pretty much anything, is trustworthy and never feel like you're being ripped off... these are your guys! They've worked on my husband's Mustang and my Charger multiple time and are the only guys we trust. I almost hate leaving a fantastic review so they can be our little best-kept secret but they deserve kudos. I recently brought my charger in for what I figured was going to be expensive front-end issues, leaking coolant and heater core problems(and so did Doug) ... assuming I'd end the day depressed hearing we needed to spend thousands... instead $500 later simple actuator and stabilizer. Our daughter's head gasket went just before Christmas and they didn't hesitate to take on the challenge of a rebuild. 3 weeks later and a completely fair price! We have a close friend (mechanic) where we used to live and he gave us a range... he said... "if they're any good and they're honest they'll be at ($x price), if they're you not, you'll be more at the high end of $x price". They're super honest and highly highly, highly recommended!
Had the best experience here! Doug was fantastic and coming from a college girl having to deal with car issues, and talking to mechanics over the phone he make this process so easy. Dropped my car off there on Monday and got it back Thursday. Very affordable and will be coming back! :)
Everyone was very responsive and professional. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am female with little car knowledge. Doug was fantastic & all of my questions were answered regarding the repair. Final cost was in line with estimate and service was very timely. I will be a returning customer.
I could go on and on about Automotive Excellence! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have always gone above and beyond to give me the best customer service possible and send me out the door with a smile on my face. Their work is top notch and if there’s something they can’t service, they’ll make a referral to someone who can. They have the best prices around, too. I am so fortunate to have found Automotive Excellence and won’t take my car anywhere else!
Finding a good, reliable mechanic is like finding a good hair stylist or a good doctor. They're subject to what you like and your needs. I've found Automotive Excellence to be just that for me. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I have never had any issues or concerns with this company or the employees. Before any work is completed, they always call me to inform me of the process, any parts needed, any options available, and to get my approval. I recommend Automotive Excellence! Can't say enough good things about Doug. As a young woman with an old car in need of a lot of maintenance he never once treated me like an idiot nor did he ever try to make extra money from me. He even helped me when I was out of town and didn't know if I could trust the mechanic I was speaking to. He is a genuine honest business owner who believes in taking good care of all of his customers- regardless of their gender. He was like the car fairy god father I didn't know I needed! Thank you Doug!
These guys are THE BEST about getting me in which isn't an easy task with my pet sitting/dog & cat visit schedule. They do their best to return my car to me asap because I'm in need of dependable transportation dealing with animals 24/7 365 days. Highly recommend them!!!
