I brought my car in for body work and repairs. They did a great job here and highly recommend this place. My car looked new and had the new car smell. Car was spotless inside and out. I was not concerned with them getting the job done fast as I had a rental. I will definitely use this place again.
The service I have received so far has been excellent! My car was involved in an accident late Saturday evening (Labor Day weekend) and Automotive Collision was called by the police department to tow it. Upon speaking with Marc, I was reassured that my car would be safe and arrangements were made for me to come look at the damage the next day. Not only did Marc take the time to speak with me on a Sunday and a holiday weekend, but he came to pick me up and drive me to the shop! Based on the excellent customer service and professional treatment I have received so far, I look forward to getting the repairs done here.
Great customer service and work! This is my second time taking my car to these guys and they never disappoint me. My car looks and runs great again! I also referred a friend who was also pleased with their work. I will continue using their services and highly recommend them! :-)
I really enjoyed my experience with this professional and highly skilled collision service center. The garage was clean, the staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the time it took to fix my car was less than two weeks and they handled everything for me. Don’t use these guys. I waited 1 1/2 hours for them after speaking with them on the phone. They told me my driver would call me when he was on his way. Never got a call. Tried calling and texting several times to get an ETA and after 2 hours, cancelled and found another tow.
Overall, I had a great experience at Automotive Collision. My car was hit by an uninsured driver in a 15-foot UHaul truck, causing quite a bit of damage (insurance adjuster's estimate was $4k). My car was taken to Automotive Collision that night, and it was smooth sailing from there. Tony was very responsive and happy to answer questions. My car was actually ready a day early, and I had no trouble picking it up. And in the end--they were able to do the repairs for quite a bit less than the insurance estimate, and passed the savings on to me, which I greatly appreciated. This occurred four months ago, at the beginning of July, and I have had absolutely no issues with the work they did. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys.
I have been getting my car inspected here for years but recently I needed a tie rod end for my 2008 Lincoln MKX and not only was the job done to perfection the price was even better. Today my daughter needed both rear axles on her 2011 Hyundai Sonata and once again Tony and the crew at Automotive Collision were able to do the work but finished in record time. And the icing on the cake his prices were at least 1/3rd the price we were quoted elsewhere. So in short if you need an honest mechanic that does every kind of repair you would ever need. I highly recommend Tony and the guys to anything that needs to be done. Thanks again for treating me and my daughter with nothing but the best service!
