I definitely recommend I always bring a car here for a pre purchase inspection I advise everyone to do one before purchasing a new vehicle heads up this place is amazing great crew great service highly recommended
My first time visiting and I had a lovely experience! I came here for the first time in an emergency, very stressful to say the least… but they did wonderfully in putting my mind at ease. I worked with Terry and he was very thorough. Explained to me every step of the way his process, was very patient with answering any questions that came to mind, and even went out of his way in educating me. You could tell he was seasoned in his profession and very knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Prices were fair and affordable, and Terry made it known he was genuinely there to help. He was very fast, efficient, and had excellent customer service. The lady at the front desk was very prompt in my paperwork, and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Automax has earned itself another customer! Thank you all for your services!
Went for an oil change, and a safety and emissions inspection. They got me in and out pretty fast, for pretty cheap. Quality work, and great customer service.
They were unable to fix my car (we think its an electrical problem) but quickly recommended me to another shop that does more electrical work. All and all were professional and treated me fairly.
The front desk guy Christian was amazing, he was very helpful when I had problems with my vehicle they got me in and out in a few hours and fixed my broken car. Everyone from the front desk to the mechanic was amazing. The prices were always good. Was overall happy I took my car here
They were very perfessional and respectful. Also great pricing with excellent service. I will be sending my friends and family there.
they work well with endurance warranty for the reimbursements, and their shop folk are respectful and hard working. i asked how my pads were doing at 50,000 miles, they could have told me to replace them, but they were honest (i would have checked anyway ;)
Went to get a safety inspection and emissions. Wasn't there long.
