10 out of 10 would go there again! This is THE SHOP you should take your car if you need body work. The owner and staff are very professional and honestly put me at ease about the whole process. I was communicated with timely and honestly about the progress and extent of the damage once they got in there. A few days later the car looked better than when I bought it.

My Nightmare started back on May 26 of this year. Our Car was Damaged in a car wash.. We came here for an estimate. We liked the lady we dealt with at first. After gathering quotes. We choice Autobody Express. Once they had my car on July 19, we were given a rental. They were to replace windshield, paint hood to remove scratches and replace side window trim that was broken.

We were in the rental car for 5 weeks. At this point we got a new person, a male. He stated they were waiting on a part from ford, so they would put our old part on call us when they for the part in.

At this point we noticed that they put in a cheap windshield. Not an OEM part. It has a film on the inside that we can't get off. Some of the scratches are still visible in the hood.. We were told they would take care of this when we bring the car back.

On the 23 of August the old part fell off and on the 26 the windshield in the center was leaking, water was flowing out of the overhead light and the roof liner was wet. We took it by and they applied yellow tape and said they would get with the glass company and make it right.

It is now Sept 1 an no word from anyone. They tried to get my insurance to pay for another rental car. It wasn't their problem that the glass company did bad work. in addition we call the Ford dealership Parts department and they have the part in stock. So we called them back notified the gentleman we are working with of this and he stated he would need to check it out. Also stated his glass company were scared to come to us to fix the window because we were mad at their work.

Contact or information from them we had to call them. They would say we will call you right back and days later we had to always call them. Any At this point I would recommend you go anywhere but here.

I was very happy with the services provided by ABE. They went the extra mile by only accepting a quality salvaged bumper for my car and matched the paint perfectly. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for auto body work.

I can’t really say enough good things about Autobody Express. My truck was parked on the side of the road and a negligent driver hit it going about 35-40 mph. Luckily it was not a hit and run so the person’s insurance paid for the repairs to my vehicle. I chose Autobody Express based on the insurance company’s recommendation and the Google reviews. The facility is very nice and clean which to me is always a good indication that they take pride in their work which they clearly do. I never got any indication that they had any intent other than repairing my vehicle damage in the most straightforward and honest way. After their initial inspection, they took me into the shop and showed me in detail what the specific damage was and what needed to be repaired or replaced. I was pretty impressed by their equipment that scanned the frame of my truck to check for frame damage which was my primary concern. They even gave me the print out results from the frame scan for my review. Ultimately, there was no frame damage and the ~$7,000 in body and bed repairs that were performed look excellent. I highly recommend this business!

Excellent service. Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable no-nonsense staff. They wrote up a couple different estimates to fix the busted back door of my Toyota RAV4. I picked the one that fit my needs, and they fixed it on time, at a reasonable cost. It looks great now. I totally recommend this business.
