Took my car in because it was making a weird noise. They checked it out and told me it would be $1,300 to change the brakes and shocks and that it would stop making that noise. Picked it up later that day and it kept making the same noise. I took it back and the owner didn’t even look at it to make sure everything was okay. He just said to try out an alignment and come back if that didn’t work. Took it to another mechanic and was told it was something completely different than what I was originally told at auto world. Now I have to pay an extra $1,200 to actually have It fixed. Do not recommend this place.
This place is awesome. I have taken my last 4 cars to them, they are very professional and will find out the real issue. I love that they are so honest. I had one of my cars towed to them and I bought the items I believe was the problem but they found the real issue fixed it and gave me the items I bought to go get my money back. I love this place. They are expensive but it's worth it and they warranty their work. Best mechanic shop in Fort Worth. Thanks guys

I would recommend this shop.
Same day service to have my truck's oil sensor replaced. Parts and labor were less expensive than the other shops we talked to. Truck is a 5.3L engine, so it's not a simple swap out and Auto World made look easy. Thanks Daniel, and "Big Rob" for the recommendation.
Very knowledgeable mechanic and great price! Only problem is that he does such a good work that his shop is always busy. He has been in the same location for at least 15 years I know of and never had any problems with his work. I recommend his shop to all my friends that live near Fort Worth.
Just had transmission rebuilt at this business. The price was to be $1,800 and the day when they took our transmission apart, they went through with us part by part of what was wrong with it, which was helpful. At that point, I asked confirmation of the price, and he only said that 'he will give us a fair price.'
The following day, when we went to pick up the car, we found an unexpected $250 part added to the bill. Why weren't we contacted to let us know about the very expensive part and asked for approval?
Always take my trucks here. I've done a bunch of repairs here for my trucks from radiator repair, to u joints, to rebuilding heads on a 5.4l ford. Owner of the shop keeps his word whatever he quotes you will be what he charges. Recommend this shop to anyone needing repair. Staff is friendly and knowledgable too.
Very good mechanic always helpful and has never once screwed me over I been a customer here for about 10 years about good place to take your car if you need work
