Skip was recommended to me by my landlord 11 year ago and said this man will take care of your car not to worry and he did just that ,so I to recommend him , I didn't need a battery just needed charging, and my transmission issues ,so go by if you need a quote on repairs he's got ya
Just completely unprofessional charged me $300 for nothing and proceeded to give me an attitude when I ask why it was so high I will Rather take trip to hell then take a car to them waste of my time and money
My family and I were headed home from vacation when something happened to our truck which was hauling the camper. We ended up staying at Lakeside Landing for the night. Auto works got us in the next day and got the truck fixed for us. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They did a wonderful job.
Skip Freeman is by far the best in the business. Honest and dependable as well as accurate. One stop and he'll have you back on the road in no time. No need for several opinions or estimates.
Very disappointed to have them and 3 other places try charging me 3 to 400$ MORE than what my part actually cost. This place wants to charge 100$ in labor, then 900$ for the part that's only $527 before tax at O'Reilly's. You, Express & Hyundai (along with others who do this) should be ashamed.
Skip and his team of mechanics are great. They are very honest and do great work and very reliable. I would rate them a 5.
I trust Skip, and think he does good work. But, he is difficult to communicate with.
You need to be patient when talking with him, because he just cannot focus on what you're saying. It can be very frustrating
I don't know how this guy is a mechanic a simple fix turned into me having to put a new motor in my truck he said because it was his fault he would put the new motor in but would not pay for it this guy is stupid I'll go have my work done at the dealership from now on
