HORRIBLE customer service. I've been standing here for over an hour to just simply get pricing on a tire. Mechanic hasn't even acknowledged me while he's talking with his friends who brought their cars for some extended specialty rim switch out on their tires. Spend your money anywhere else, these people are trash.
they are horrible. went in to get a set of 4 used tires and left with all different tires and were different than the ones they showed me and now my tires won’t keep air after I payed them and now won’t answer my calls or at least fix them how they were supposed to be
Terrible Place ,came from out of state didn’t know better. When here I knew the crank shift position sensor needed replacement but they said it was the cam sensor came back they said o yea it was the crank sensor. Was told $98 for parts and $100 for labor wish equal to $210. $98 +$100 is $198 plus I call the same dealership the part was $91. Ready wanted the car too work so I pay was told to bring it in the next day. Brought the car in the next day was told the dealership didn’t deliver the part sat there from morning to almost closing. So I finally call the dealership they said the have the part in stock and can be pick up cause they only deliver in the morning. Plus the wife when and got the cam sensor before so why can they go get the crank sensor . Plus the mechanic don’t Acknowledge your presence or tell anything everything is done in the office.
Every-time I got there they resolved our car issues. Honest and decent price.
