Very good service and glad your still in business. The others advertise but that's about all and that doesn't help. Time is $ and I surely don't have time for playing around with a fake company that doesn't exist.
They never show up when they’re supposed to their not worth calling if you need a ride unless you’re expected to be somewhere hours before you call
I called and they immediately had an attitude and I asked “do you have a opening for as soon as possible.” I was okay with waiting a while just whenever their next opening was. And I can hear them in the back round talking bout me and then is gonna say “WHERE AM I PICKING YOU UP AT!!” Very rude and disrespectful!
Well for starters didn't even have a chance to put my seat belt on before the driver floored it. She was also smoking through most of the ride and I am pregnant so that in it's self was upsetting and she sped most of the way and wipped around the corners. Very unsafe driving and very unprofessional to smoke with a customer in the vehicle. I don't usually complain about things but this was just awful. Won't be calling for another ride.
Driver said 4 pm and was there right on time. He even took the beautiful back roads as im not from the area
You say your open but you don’t answer your phone. I’ve been calling you for 20 mins,starting at 11:30
Great service. One set price for the city. The drivers are courteous and polite. Clean vehicles. Always available and fast service.
Call for a ride given cost said ok sally said on her way never showed up try calling several times no answer left messages 3 hrs later still no reply
