This place is absolutely terrible. I went in to look at two cars and said I would like one of them. They said no problem, I'll put in the paperwork today. 3 days later I come back and ask them what's going on. They said they sold the car I wanted because they thought I wanted the one that was more expensive and had more miles they also said that they just put the papers in the day before which was 2 days later from what they had said. Now I let this slide because I wanted a car. Came back 4 days later to find out that I needed a cosigner which hey definitely could've called to tel me about. I got a cosigner and everything was supposed to be ready to go. Said they would put it in again got approved. Waited a week and no call. I came back again and said what was going on. They said I can get it the next day early in the morning we have to just slap a sticker in it and the guy that does that isn't here. I came back as soon as they opened and they told me I couldn't get it because the battery had died and they needed to fix it up but I had to go to work and by time I'd be there they'd be closed. The saleswoman said she would be there until 7:30 so I could get it. I came at 6:40 and i Saw someone run inside the back. Called them about 20 times to let them know that I was here and still no response. I looked online and there's hours on The day I have off so I am here now and even though there is hours listed no one is here. I am thoroughly annoyed with this whole process and they have lost their sale. If you want a car, do not buy one here.
I went here with my mother to purchase her a used car. We eventually found a great Honda that has been outstanding. She has had the car for almost a year and the only thing she has done for the car are oil changes and I replaced the front brake pads. The only downside to this place was the long wait times for them to call back. The woman working there was very friendly with us and took a lot of time to make sure my mother understood everything before she signed the loan. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is patient and doesn't need to get their car on the spot.
I immediately fell in love with a car they had on the lot. I took it to my mechanic. There were only a few things wrong with it. I let Auto Junction know what was wrong with it. They agreed to fix the parts before I bought the car. Since I used my own financing, they lowered the price for me so I was able to afford it. They negotiated, and they let me drive it around without having anyone in the car with me, which helped to put me at ease. I had a great experience there. I love my car, and have had no problems with it.
I purchased my car at auto junction in about 6 months ago! i was very drawn back by the shadyness i saw everytime i was there trying to get my van. it took them forever to return any of my phone calls to the point that i just gave up and had to go there. They were not nice about anything and were very short with me. Lets just say ive had the van for 6 months and the tv in the van blew out within a day...none of the lights worked after a month..my van hardly ever started when i went to get in it and had to get that fixed (which took a ton of time and money)...the brakes blew...and now all my tires are the newest problem. I called auto junction after every problem i had just to make sure they did look into everything when i bought the van and that it did go through inspection...EVERY time they laughed at me and hung up the phone! My husband finally got ahold of them and ripped them a new one and they backed right down and then we were never able to get ahold of them again! My advice is to NEVER buy your car from these shady rude people! they are horrible customer service and terrible people to try and do business with. I wish i couldve given them a lower score!
I would give them ZERO STARS if I could. This place is horrible. A week after purchasing my 2003 car I had to replace the brakes and caliber. A little over 2 months I also had to replace the power steering pump. Come to find out, there is a hose that is supposed to be aluminum and someone ghetto-rigged it with a RUBBER hose. I also discovered my passenger seat doesn't move back and forth, and my right front speaker is blown. The owners of this place do not return calls or voicemails. And when they do they actually hang up on you! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!!!
have known the folks at auto junction for years and they have always been able to take care of any service needs for my vehicle.. Being a salesperson that travels daily it is important to know that if i have an unexpected problem i can call bob and he will get me in and get me back on the road asap...thanks guys for keeping me moving...
If you open at 8. Be ready to answer the phones at 8. Here it is 20after and no onea answering the phones. My husband ans i jus recently purchased a car here and now having some serious issues !!! I woulda Rated more stars if theese people would answe there phones !!!
They are the worst. They lie and screw you over. They ruined my vehicle, ignored my calls and emails while they had my vehicle in their possession for almost a week so they can make up an excuse to blame me. Do not buy a car from them!!!
