My car got broken into and Safelite was unable to book me until a week and a half after the incident. I started looking for other places and stumbled across this shop. Reviews seemed pretty good, so I went ahead and called for a quote which turned out to be half the cost of Safelite AND they could see me the next day at 9am. This was quick and easy, appointment took 45 minutes TOPS. Everyone was super friendly. Turned this nightmarish situation I was in into an easy fix and I am grateful for that!
They were so friendly and efficient!!! Someone smashed my back window right before a heavy rainstorm and they got me in next day! They’re more affordable than going through insurance, and I will be coming back to get my windshield replaced!! Thank you again!
We had originally hired them because of these rave reviews and at first it seemed like they did a good job, but after four months the quality of the molding that was installed is warping. We texted Lorena about this and she said it was normal wear and tear. I have pictures attached and you be the judge.
They also charged us $29 for the molding as this is what was texted from Lorena, "Yes he installed a new molding for $29 remember I told you sometimes when they remove old glass the old molding doesn't work anymore." So, the wear and tear is from a new molding that they installed.
My wife talked to her, and she says they will guarantee that the windshield will be good. Apparently, molding is not guaranteed to be installed correctly. Here is her response when we asked about the guarantee, "Warranty is for water , leaking, air is fully covered with our installation. Warped part comes from sun damage, it is 2010 right ?" The rearview mirror on our Honda Odyssey also is a bit wobbly as it doesn't seem to be put back in place correctly either. Just be careful and buyer beware. All these rave reviews seems like another place. As long as they install correctly the first time, then you are in good hands.
Found Auto Fast Glass via google and saw that they had really good reviews. I can attest that the experience was great. On time for the appointment, very fast, very professional. Would definitely recommend if you need to get your windshield replaced.
Great service with competitive prices! Highly recommended. Murdoch filled in a chip in my windshield, and he was very professional, kind, and respectful. It was also easy to call to ask for a quote and schedule an appointment. I really appreciated their service!
Very friendly, helpful staff. They made a prompt appointment to replace my rear door window - at my location and arrived on time. The new glass tint did not exactly match the existing windows in the car so they told me to come by the shop the next day. They replaced the glass with glass that matched my existing tint. They made sure I was happy.with it. The next time I need to replace broken glass I will be calling them.
Had to get my windshield replaced after a rock got kicked up, hit the corner, creating a chip and a large crack in it. The service received was excellent. My new windshield was installed in a timely fashion. The cost of replacement was quite reasonable and a great value. Highly recommend for your auto glass needs.
One day I came with my Mercedes SUV which had a broken glass on the back of the car. They were impeccable, as they were very fast and efficient. I would 100% recommended people to bring their vehicles here for any types of repair.
