A very professional, honest and reasonable shop. Literally everyone I spoke with recommended Doug and this shop for an electrical issue. David found the problem three other mechanics I spoke with couldn't find and fixed it in under two hours. There was a significant wait period for an appointment but that's what happens when you're the best in town. It was worth the wait.
Auto Electric is an awesome place to have your car worked on especially if it's an electrical issue Doug has been treating me fairly for 20 years as well as his partner I can't remember his name Dave or Dan Maybe. Always honest professional and they know their stuff and how to rebuild your starter or alternator Etc or to get a brand new part and install it quickly and they do the job right the first time with no Mickey Mouse BS. The service was awesome, The price very fair. My old truck had wipers that quit working. David figured out it was a ground problem. He showed me exactly where this issue was resolved. He made a recommendation on future issues with the wipers. I will return!
They only charged me $35. I have never, in my 60 years, been charged less than an hour of shop time, usually a couple hours minimum of diagnostics, even when they cant say whats wrong. Integrity is alive in this shop. Thank you for taking my cynicism down a notch.
The gentlemen who work at Auto Electric truly are helpful guys. I have a truck where the passenger window would not come up during a time when the temperatures hovered around 30s. I called Auto Electric and they said that they were booked but if I came in first thing they would take a look at it and see if they could get the window up, with a little tinkering and a few minutes of their time they successfully got it up for me and I was on my way. Thanks guys. I hope you enjoyed your burritos.
What a great business! Great customer service, and immaculately clean shop. I had taken my car into another shop and was diagnosed with needing a new starter and altinator which had both been replaced recently. Turns out it was corrosion on my battery terminal which caused the issues. In short, it cost less then one third my other quote. They also took the time to inform me about the work they did and show me the parts which failed and how they were fixed. If it was possible, I'd give them an even higher rating
I was heading out of town on a trip when I received a couple of battery and electrical warnings on the dash. These guys got me in immediately, diagnosed a problem with the alternator, and got me on my way in no time. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
Very unhappy brought in my Toyota sequoia because it had a draw on the battery and was charged by the hour to the tune of 1500 bucks and still have a draw.Got charged and still have the same problem I feel very ripped off!!!!
